The chicken in my salad was very low quality and extremely dry/stale. Must have recently changed the chicken that they use. I’m the past I have also received wilted lettuce. Employees on the speaker are always rude & have a poor attitude. Wish I could record and post it on here.

I ordered delivery from this Wendys. I ordered three (3) Large Chilis. Wendy’s only sent two (2) but charged for three. This Wendy’s used to be great but in last few months they make many stupid mistakes. It shouldn’t be difficult to scoop up 3 chilis and put them in a bag. Are they under new management? Maybe they need new management. There’s no excuse for these kind of mistakes.

If u want your food with a side of nasty attitude come here. Lady that speaks Spanish has the most attitude ever. After I asked for some sauce she rolled her eyes at me like I just want some sauce. On top of that I watched her throw my food in the bag viciously. Fries were cold too, chicken felt so chewy.

I love Wendy’s and this is not about the food, the food is absolutely great. Yet the service at this particular Wendy’s is absolutely crazy. Every time I have come through the drive thru I place my order pull up to the window and then they make me back up before I can get my food so that their timer doesn’t start, then when your order is ready they make you pull up so it looks like they are super quick. I find this annoying every time no matter the day.

I stopped by to order a Biggie bag. Honestly, the food was great. Only real issue was, the manager, Dalia gave off a very unprofessional and rude vibe, She seemed stress and I understand it but in a job environment this shouldn’t be an issue.

This is the second time I’ve placed an order through the app 10 minutes in advance. I use the app to save time. When I arrive, there are never any customers waiting. But when they open the window, they tell me, “pull your car forward and wait, it’s going to take a while because they’re just now making the eggs.”
The truth is, no one wants to be late for work, and no one wants the eggs to be made when the customer comes to pick up their order. This is the second time. There won’t be a third time at this place. I don’t want to.
And maybe never again at any Wendy’s for my breakfast. It’s not the only place with the same behavior.
