It was my first time going here today. The food that I ate was really good! I didn’t know if they offered crackers to go with soup. So I asked. They don’t. But I was given the option to get a free bag of chips. I was truly impressed by that kind gesture. I crushed them up & in the they went.

I love their food, but the portion sizes you get served for the price are ridiculous. $8.50 for 4oz of Mac? It’s like 50cents per noodle?? I understand inflation but this is crazy. You can buy it from the grocery store for $6 for 16oz. The least they can do is fill these cups up to the top.
Also, my Potato Soup was just spoonfuls of cheese. Weird.

Its been a while since I have been to Panera. The location for this one in Napa is kind of hidden and the layout is a bit confusing but the staff was super friendly and I enjoyed the pizza, I did order a Cesar salad but didn’t get around to eating it. I tried one of the croutons and didn’t care for them.
Parking might be rough for larger vehicles as it shares a parking lot with several other businesses. Free soda refills.

I recently visited this Panera location and had an unpleasant experience. Upon arriving, I needed to use the restroom before placing my order. However, a staff member told me that restrooms were only available for paying customers and that I had to buy something first.
I understand that some places have policies regarding restroom access, but this felt unwelcoming and unnecessary—especially since I am a “PANERA MEMBER” and was planning to dine there. A restaurant should prioritize customer comfort, and this policy made me feel unwelcome before I even had a chance to order.
Because of this, I decided to take my business elsewhere. A little more kindness and flexibility in customer service would go a long way.

I love Panera Bread because it’s the perfect place to grab a meal while getting work done.
