When I got to the window, I was greeted by two incredibly sweet girls, Carolita (I hope I’m spelling her name correctly- I apologize if not!) and Nelly. They were so warm, professional, and accommodating. From the moment I pulled up, they treated me with the utmost respect and such genuine friendliness. It didn’t feel forced or rushed – it felt sincere.
Their positive energy truly stood out, especially at the end of a long day. It’s not every day you come across people who are that kind and attentive so late at night. They- along with the rest of the staff, made the whole experience feel welcoming and appreciated (:

She kindly explained her situation and asked if she could take the food and come right back to pay. She even offered to leave her phone as a guarantee. Instead of showing compassion or understanding, the manager embarrassed her in front of everyone. My aunt was left feeling humiliated and disrespected when all she was trying to do was care for her sick husband.
This experience broke my heart because my aunt is one of the kindest, most humble people you’ll ever meet. She didn’t deserve to be treated that way—especially not at a place known for kindness, hospitality, and respect. I truly hope the management takes this situation seriously and reminds their staff what Chick-fil-A stands for: love, respect, and service from the heart.
