Delicious NY style pizza. As someone who grew up in NY it’s been hard to find a traditional NY style pizza since moving south, but this is it! Excellent service from the staff and quick preparation of the food made for a great lunch. Looking forward to going back and trying more of their dishes.

I often overlooked Sal’s as it’s nested within a few restaurants in a row, but I will not be overlooking them again! Holy mackerel! What a great place! The food is absolutely wonderful! The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the portions are ridiculously huge! The prices are wonderful, and the menu is pretty diverse given that their main product is pizza. I will be eating here a lot more!

Delivery forgot a pizza. Called Sals and the lady who answered was terribly rude! Said we would have to call delivery service. The food was awful! Had garlic knots and they were not even completely cooked. Never again! They use to be really good. Food and service has declined for sure!!

I’m giving one star so i can leave this review. Would give zero if i could. Ordered takeout and got all the way home to the wrong order after the right order was read back to me on the phone. Called up there to tell them and the guy on the phone said they didn’t have the menu item i wanted after reading it back to me on the phone when i ordered and that “the menu online is different than what we actually have” what?? I asked to speak to a manager and they were “busy” but came to the phone 2 seconds later. She told me they actually do have what i wanted and they would make it for me. I go back up there and they try to make me pay 10 more dollars because there was a difference in the price of pizza after having to drive up there TWO TIMES when the right order should’ve been given to me the first time. I said no keep it and refund me. Then they don’t know how to do the refund back to my card. Terribly run establishment. Get people that actually know what they’re doing and not a bunch of high schoolers. Will not return

Spent $80 on 3 pizzas. 3rd pizza was a small vegetarian pizza with no mushrooms. Repeated back and confirmed what the order is. Drove 20 mins from Carrollton to pick up said pizza to get home and have a small pepperoni and sausage pizza. Not only does no one in my family eat pork (religious reasons) but I am also a vegetarian so it will not be eaten. Called and asked for a new pizza delivered. No delivery. Was told they can remake it for me but I’d have to come pick it up with no refund. What a joke. A waste of gas, time & money. We will not be returning.

After 8 years of giving this place 5 star reviews and raving over there teamwork and delicious food.What happened last night ? Dare to question whether they sold to new owners ?Pizza OK, Subway OK,Wings were disgustingly overcooked and hard.Probably old and cooked a 2nd time. 3 Wings had fused together in 1 cement glob.Chicken fingers and fries were both not eatable from grease and rushed. SCARY FOOD coming from a former quality restaurant. Maybe they changed mgmt or didn’t have one ! WHAT A SHAME !!

I’m seeing a trend in these recent reviews, which makes me feel like it’s not just us…After 4+ years of great service, we are NO LONGER going to Sal’s. They got our order wrong. We called and the first person was apologetic, said hold on let me get someone to fix this for you. Second person accused me of making up the issue (remember, 4 YEARS of being a customer who they recognize by name), and, after sending a picture as proof of incorrect order, STILL refused to make it right! Baffled they said well the husband owner is cold but the wife is more reasonable (???) so we’ll have her give you a call. Weeks later, still no call. After 4+years of large orders with 25%tips, we are done and going to Mamma Mia. Whoever owns this place– remember your customers supported you through Covid. It seems your service has gone down since. We can’t all be wrong…

Our family just wanted to show love and appreciation for the lovely staff and praise how awesome our food was. We were moving into our new farm and put in a medium-large size order. Not only was it cooked to perfection, the wonder girls at the counter were so kind to make sure we had everything we needed. They even listened to me ramble a bit because things had been so hectic.
We had pizza, knots, and wings. Everything was cooked and seasoned well. 10/10
