2nd time coming & again we loved it! The service was kind and inviting. The chef came out to chat and ask us about our meal too, very friendly! We got burgers (perfect o & bacon me Gouda) the sauces on the burgers were so yummy, the grilled onions added the perfect flavor. Hubby loved his bacon Gouda! We got some truffle aioli on the side to dip our fries in and it was such a good truffle flavor! Ambiance is lovely, nice and clean look and feel from the moment you walk in! We’ll be back!

Get one of the bowls!! So yummy. Stopped by after getting a coupon in the mail. Had el jefe bowl and husband got a smash burger. We will definitely come back. I’m interested to try all their bowls. Food came out fast and hot, service was so friendly. Really hope for success for this business in Katy.

I hate to do it, but I have to tell the truth! We ordered the Black Magic Burger, Smash Burger Style for a extra $2.50 up charge which is fine. What is not fine, was the bland zero seasoning angus beef patties. We were so excited to try this burger out. Extremely disappointed I read the reviews and several ppl said the burgers were disgusting etc etc. I’m a type of person to still give the establishment a try. Regardless of what other reviews says. I originally gave it a 1 star but the service was spectacular, clean establishment with a good vibe. If you season the patties before you grill them, I’m sure they would be top notch. The angus patties are actually good quality meat. Just an extremely bland taste. Hopefully Pincho will improve their burgers. I would still come back here to try if they season their meat! I forced myself to eat this burger, only because I was hungry. And that’s sad Pincho please do better. I know you have the resources to do it. The Potential is there

My family wanted to have dinner here, and it was my first time visiting. The burgers were good, but nothing that really stood out. While the burger was decent, it didn’t leave a lasting impression to make me crave it again. I did, however, really enjoy the fries—they were very flavorful. Customer service was excellent.

Paid $16 for a Bacon Me Gouda thru DoorDash, with extra smash patties and extra potato sticks and this is what I got. Just beef, a bit of cheese and a few potato sticks. I love their bowls!! Generous portions, perfectly cooked, good homemade flavors. Fresh and really flavorful!! Their burgers are delicious, too. The staff at the Katy location is super friendly and prompt.

Decided to try this place, got the chicken / beef combo (though I’m always suspicious of the beef quality in fast food places). Sides were white rice and fried cheese…
Food – Started w chicken, which was very flavorful !
Moved onto the rice. I like to get white rice because it’s easy and simple, if you can’t do that then you’re in trouble.. Rice was ok.. tasted more like your standard Chinese white rice than Hispanic but. It was good to eat.
Next was the fried cheese.. Came in squares, which I’ve never had but nevertheless, they were good. Need to be given with marinara sauce to enhance but I ate them all..
Finally, the steak. Took my first bite.. like the checked l chicken, it was flavorful.. not fatty, which o was expecting.. so I give them a thumbs up..
Atmosphere – metal chairs and wooden tables.. standard stuff..
The one thing I didn’t like, the ac was blowing very strong ! Not only was I cold but it forced me to eat my food fast, so it wouldn’t get cold !!
Overall, check this place out.. You’ll like it
