The Burger was hot but bland and super dry
The fries were decent enough the store is clean and cozy. I however must remark the waitress Maria was amazing quick polite and friendly checked on things regularly without hovering and for once in many years it didn’t feel like she hated her customers just a little more than her job. I haven’t seen a genuinely good waiter/waitress like her in many many years

Amazing service from Maria!
I had a great experience at IHOP today thanks to Maria. She was incredibly attentive, kind, and quick with everything. She explained the menu with patience, got our order just right, and made the whole meal even better with her warm smile and friendly attitude.
I’ll definitely be back , and I hope I get to be served by her again!

UPDATE- we did hear back from IHop corporate fairly quickly and that was followed up by the local manger. She called and apologized. She explained how many staff were out with the flu, and promised it would be better very soon. It was appreciated that someone did actually care and reach out!
Quite possibly the worst breakfast experience in Panama City Beach ever. Was not a super busy morning but only 3 servers running the whole place. Was told 10 minute wait it was 30. 30 more minutes for cold mediocre food. No silverware, no drinks until we repeatedly asked for them. Had to wait an exorbitant amount of time for our ticket to pay and finally leave this place. It was awful, every minute of the two hours spent for one lousy piece of French toast and two small pancakes. We emphasized extra crisp bacon, was served nearly raw. Who owns this place, where are the managers? I guess in a tourist town you don’t have to care about cleanliness or quality.
My advice is don’t come here.

The food was delicious and the waiter was great, but the place was incredibly dirty. There was hair on the floor, and the restroom was filthy. The air conditioning vents look like they were moldy or just really dirty. The whole restaurant needs a good cleaning.

Maria was a wonderful waitress and served our breakfast quickly. Our food was delicious and my husband had the thickest French toast I’ve ever seen! My over medium egg was cooked perfectly! Maria was attentive to our needs and she was a pleasure to talk to.

Our server Brandy was excellent – cheerful, interactive, a pleasure to converse with. The food was delicious – I had the Big Breakfast Burrito with pancakes, my wife had the BLT with a side salad. And the price was very reasonable. We will be back!!

Kim was absolutely amazing during our visit to IHOP! From the moment we were seated, she was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. She checked on us at just the right times, kept our drinks full, and had such a warm, positive attitude that made the whole experience enjoyable. Our food came out exactly as ordered, hot and fresh, and Kim made us feel genuinely welcomed and appreciated as guests. Service like hers is the reason we’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you, Kim, for providing top-notch customer service! We need more servers like Kim to make eating out in restaurants more pleasant and enjoyable!

Had to wait because hostess was busy elsewhere. She didn’t make eye contact and wasn’t friendly or welcoming. Food was okay but not anything I will go back for. My pancake came on a saucer. Not plate sized. Salt was in packets, pepper in a shaker. Really should invest in salt shakers I think.
