Mobile order never arrived at store but charged my card and I came in with multiple receipts. Manager continues to say I ordered at the wrong store when the address is clearly for this location. Then he tried to say this is not our address. I then have to pull it up on Google Maps to confirm, yes this is your address. Manager makes the sandwiches then tries to double charge me after that. I refused again showing the receipts. Basically got treated like the Subway scam artist of Canyon Lake. I just wanted the sandwiches I paid for. Needless to say, I will never return here or any other Subway if I can help it.

We haven’t eaten at any Subway in over 4 years. In general we were always disappointed in cleanliness and less value than it used to be. That being said, last week my husband and son visited the Startsville Subway. They were so stoked. Tonight, that’s where we had dinner since my husband wouldn’t shut up about it (joking). It was so good! Super clean! Tyler was awesome. His customer service and friendliness brought up the value in my experience. Thank you ❤️

We had the pleasure of having Tyler and Noah serve us last night. The location didn’t have what we typically order, but Tyler did an excellent job helping with alternatives. Noah was very polite, and was speedy and accurate. (Just to find out he’s a new face to the crew!) super impressed!
Their food was fresh, the atmosphere was welcoming from the moment we walked in, and service was the best I’ve had at a subway! Not to mention, they were PACKED when we arrived, and these two handled it like pros! Thanks for making this experience great , Tyler and Noah!

I really enjoyed walking in and being greeted by the two older ladies working there. They were very nice and friendly. The counter and food prep area was immaculate. The dining area was very well organized and cleaned. I definitely recommend this Subway for an amazing experience!

Always friendly staff!! Extremely accommodating and customer oriented! Im pretty sure most of the staff are milennials, but they are DEFINITELY NOT your ‘typical’! WTG CANYON LAKE!! I’ve never waited in line long at all and they are patient with all customers. Clean dining AND clean restrooms included 🙂 DEF one of the best Subways!

Walked in to 2 young men running the place. Wasn’t sure how it was going to be but they were awesome. The absolute best service I’ve ever had in Subway. They knew exactly what was what, too. I have not been to a Subway in over a year due to prices going up and getting less in the subs. This was my first visit to this location, and I am impressed. Staff was friendly. I ordered 3 foot longs, 2 add bacon, and 1 double meat. They do not skimp out the toppings. Even with ordering extra meat on one, the subs almost didn’t close. Definitely would come back to this location.
