Awesome Starbucks!! I am from the other side of the country and let me tell you they seem to have given up over there. This is the first time I have got a decent made cup of coffee from a Starbucks (other than on Ft Liberty) in I don’t know how long. Add in the staff was genuinely Nice and welcoming….. Just awesome!

Nice clean store. Very relaxed atmosphere. Mostly frequented by locals, as it’s away from major highways. Good easy location off of the main road through St. Helens. Easy to spot, on a corner at a four way light. Enough parking in the lot which runs in front of the store and the other businesses in the strip. At the busiest if times if needed, there’s a huge Walmart parking lot across the street.
Had a great bagel here several times, and hot sandwiches. Coffee has always been hot and good as well as blended specialty drinks.
They seem to have a fair amount of staff turn over. Often a new face when I stop in, but overall friendly prompt service. Has improved under the new manager.
One weird thing though that’s annoying. They at times want to make you go to the cash register to put cream in your coffee? Like they don’t want to put the creamer out with the other coffee condiments. Seems like a basic customer need to me, to have the cream and sugar together and away from purchasing. This happens in not hot weather, so it isn’t that.
Probably the nicest part of this location is the lounging area. They have several tables and chairs, lots of large windows, good lighting and a sofa and comfy chair area for reading or chatting as well.

Went in to pick up a doordash and was very disappointed the manager that works after noon feb 16th was very rude trying to make me go sit down and telling me to hurry up and grab the bag that was my doordash order i tried to take a picture of my order and she was very disrespectful i wont do anymore doordashing for Starbucks

I ordered two cold drinks one venti and one grande and received two regular straws, when I asked for a venti straw the young lady seemed visibly upset that I asked for another straw, she mentioned that she already gave me two straws when I mentioned that she gave me two of the regular size ones she threw a venti straw saying that “I already gave me one but if I needed another here you go” I stood there in disbelief that a Starbucks employee would act that way since they seemed to have good training for their employees.

Yeah basically I’m doing doordash going to Starbucks have to order was ready they were getting all the other drinks ready instead of finishing this order I barely got an answer from anybody and everybody seemed pretty smug order ended up taking about 10 to 15 minutes and I lost the order doing it kind of disappointed in the morning crew today is the 12 th Friday 11:00am

I was not impressed with the service when I came in with my other half and no one was courteous enough to speak to us while we waited and it wasn’t busy but we were also door dashing and they had half the order done besides the drink we weren’t even talked to even when the front lady was done taking an order and when she did speak or respond was very rude in her tone not professional at all I’ve worked in customer service this behavior isn’t ok I hope her day turns around but this made me never want to order from there or spend my money there….and I won’t be.

Drinks are good cost aside but for the birthday drink promo you have to have been a member ahead of time and if you don’t go often and decide to go on your birthday you’re out of luck. No option to sign up on the spot, pay your $10, sign up, and maybe score a free cup of coffee next year. From a business perspective it would be worthwhile to offer the promo upon signup at the window at the very least.

Employees tipping themselves?????
I’ve been through the drive thru and inside multiple times and have always had good service and food/drinks. Went through the drive thru today and everything was okay until it came time to pay. The total told to me when done ordering was $12.20 and again at the window the total was said to be $12.20 right before she brought out the card machine, when paying it usually says tip amount for 2, 3 or 5 dollars but the tip amount wasn’t on the screen just the amount $17.20 and I already had my card up and paid and I didn’t really feel comfortable saying something because I didn’t want to accuse her but the more I think about it the more it bothers me, it seems as though the employee clicked the option for $5 tip for me prior to making me pay. The employee’s name tag was Sue. It could have been a mistake but I’m pretty sure she tipped herself and to make it the largest amount of options given for such a small original total is so disrespectful. Just make sure to double check your total prior to paying, hopefully it was an accident but in the case it wasn’t don’t get ripped off like I did.
