We celebrated my mom‘s birthday at Casa Luna this week. The restaurant accommodated our party of 12 on their ample, colorful patio. I chose this restaurant for my mom‘s party because I had eaten at Casa Luna before and enjoyed everything about it. The decor inside the restaurant is vibrant with unexpected touches, giving tribute to the owners’ roots in Guadalajara. I love the menu at this family-owned restaurant. Aside from typical Mexican food favorites , they serve a variety of dishes you won’t find in your typical Mexican restaurant, like Enchiladas Potosinas. They have many seafood options, too, and all their dishes are beautifully plated. This restaurant cares about presentation as well as taste and satisfying portions. Their desserts are varied, beautifully presented and rich. I ordered the plain flan this time, accompanied by a coffee, which came in the prettiest clay mug—so cute! Both were perfect!
Our server,Juan, took care of our large party with the perfect combination of calm, focus, and lighthearted humor. We loved him. We also enjoyed conversing with one of the owners of the restaurant. The entire staff worked hard to make sure our experience was great.
All my family (we’re Mexican) loved their experience at Casa Luna. They told me they were so glad we chose this restaurant for our mom’s special day, and I’m sure we will be back.

Stop reading reviews and try this place! Seriously, the service and food are phenomenal!! The owner is soooo hospitable! He gave a bit of history about the restaurant, recipes, and his family – really cool guy!! The margarita sample was great. The four flavors are pineapple, guava, tamarind, and hibiscus. The tamarind margarita was suprisingly tasty and became my favorite. Per the owner’s recommendation, I ordered the taco volcan, and my husband ordered the filete mariscado. Fantastic choices!! The tacos were huge and tasted amazing, and the sauce from the mariscado was amazing. Wish I could pack it and take it home. My kiddos ordered the nuggets/fries and cheese burger/fries. Finally, we ordered the fried ice cream for dessert. The fried portion of the dessert tasted like it had coconut in it, which I’m not a fan of coconut, but it was okay. This place is definitely worth a visit!

Came into town and desired some Mexican food and local business. Found this place and man oh man I’m glad it. Tasty, authentic Mexican food with big portions! And the staff was awesome and so kind.
The chile rellanos and fish tacos are amazing!

Ist time at this restaurant.
The chips, salsa, refried beans and service were very good.
What was very disappointing is that for health reasons, I requested a low sodium entree..Instead I received a highly salted meal.
I could barely eat it .
My fault for not speaking up until the end of the meal .

Second visit and will not be the last. Friendly service both times, including this time when the staff (GM/owner) went above and beyond to firstly welcome us back, and then secondly clarify taste/flavor and even color of a menu item I attempted to customize. Very grateful for them going the extra mile. The way they have the patio decorated is top notch as well.

We ate lunch at Casa Luna Mexican & Seafood restaurant on a whim and we really enjoyed everything about it! Roxy was our waitress and she was so friendly and helpful, which we really appreciated. Everyone was so very friendly, which made our visit extra special. The food was amazing! We both ate the Filete Al Ajo, a fish named basa. I had never tried Basa before and so glad I did. The fish was white, light, and flaky and was so delicious, with lots of garlic! I requested veggies instead of rice and they were cooked perfectly (not soggy). All of the food was very fresh and flavorful, including the amazing salsas. We will definitely return.

In mid-August, my husband and I visited Casa Luna for the first time for lunch. The restaurant is beautiful. The colors, pictures, and decorations were so inviting. The service was great! The waiter and waitress were so nice and kept up with our water and chips and salsa needs. My husband ordered the salmon al pistachio, and I had camarones a la diabla. The food was delicious. It’s been a couple of weeks, and my husband is still talking about his salmon. Portion sizes were great, I had some leftovers, and my husband almost licked his plate to completion. I hope to return soon.

Excellent service, excellent staff and amazing food. I was getting my laptop fixed at Best Buy and we decided to have some Mexican food and boy did we make a good choice. One of the best chili relleno that I’ve had in years. Worth the stop. Update: while we waited for our car to get a dash cam installed, we stopped over to have a margarita. Of course it was very good and the service was great as always.

Superb fajitas! Hubby had the enchiladas and said they were delicious. The presentation of each item was eye-catching. Service was attentive and all members of staff were working together to provide an excellent experience. The decor is colorful and creative. We left happy and wish we had this terrific restaurant where we live!

As a born and raised Mexican, I have very high expectations to give a restaurant five stars.
But this is a real thing, I visited on October 2024, I ordered the shrimp enchiladas with poblano cream sauce. They were to die for and presented very nicely with a side of beans and rice.
The portion was generous I didn’t make it to dessert, so I will have to come back to try either the guava plant or the Mexican corn cake.
Service was great and the place was spotless.
Highly recommend and I will definitely be coming back.
Prices are competitive.
