Very pleasant experience, upon arriving was greeted as soon as I entered the restaurant. Very nice woman took my order and I paid. Returned to my vehicle to restart it and turn the heat on and before it got warm there was a nice young lady at my door with my order. I haven’t had such great service since the last time I was here…would give it a score of 15 on a scale of 1-10…keep up the excellent service

Vincent location*** Absolute terrible experience! Pickup time was supposed to be 30 min after order was placed, we were left waiting an additional 30 minutes. Attaching photos to show receipt and many errors! Nachos(ordered without tomatoes) came with, so those cannot be ate by who ordered them. No pizza sauce for mozzarella sticks. Wings were ordered PLAIN with hot sauce on the side- came completely sauced. The 3 kids who wanted them plain, couldn’t even have any. The CBR pizza came with ranch/cheese on less than half of the pizza! Literally over half was just plain pizza crust with chicken and bacon on top. Paid $90 to have the worst quality food I have ever received from Smittys. Added to that, the 3 girls up front had no clue what we ordered, if we even paid for it, or what the kitchen was sending out to us. They were too busy talking and being on their phones.

I called 5 times and there was a bad connection so I ordered online. It took about an hour and 5 minutes for delivery. My pizza was cold and hard as a rock. I paid 26 dollars tip included for a 12 inch 2 item pizza that was cold and mediocre at best. Extremely disappointing and I will not order from here again unless this is rectified. I should have ordered Napolis which never disappoints and at half price the price I paid for this awful pizza.

Smitty’s you used to be so good. I live two blocks away from your Marietta store, so I used to get it a lot. Last night was the first time I had ordered in a very long time because I know the quality had gone downhill. The three topping pizza that I got last night for 26 bucks was barely edible. The crust was so overworked and tough that we could barely chew it. On top of that it barely had any sauce on it. You’ll never get another dollar from me

Great place. Stopped to eat during our trip. The staff was very professional and very friendly. Great small town and small business vibes. Food was fresh, and everything tasted great. Prepared upon order. Very small dining area, but suits the entire milieu. Best things were the friendliness of the staff, great food, and the cleanliness. Will definitely stop again, if in the area. I order a salad with extra bacon bits and you know what I get. Like what is that? Where is my bacon bits at?? Then when I call to tell them about it because this is NOT the first time they have done this to me. The woman that answered the phone was very disrespectful yelling at me hung up on me. And told me she could fix it after I told her that I have not even touched the salad. Then she hangs up again but never fixed my order. I’m so mad. This is not professional.
