My wife and I ordered both the ruby and the golden “sangrias” and they were incredibly great.
As a starter, I recommend the Calamari.
For the main plates, the Peruvian Paella was well done and did not take long to make. “The Shrimp Scampi was spicy but awesome!” My son said. The Lomo Saltado was succulent. It is definitely something that I am going to order next time.
And lastly, this restaurant is tip-free, joining Maialina and Lodgepole for restaurants in Moscow that do not encourage tips. This place is worth having lunch or dinner at.

Great service and very friendly staff. We didn’t have to wait long for the food to arrive. Great variety of Peruvian dishes and desserts.

One of our favorite restaurants in the Palouse! I order the sweet corn humitas with the spicy green sauce every time I go. On this last visit we had an excellent bartender named Nick who treated us with a experimental pisco cinnamon drink. It was so tasty! Everything on the menu is fantastic but our personal favorites are lomo saltado and chaufa. Highly recommend this place, it’s a gem.

Amazing food. I got the seafood Paella and it was to die for. My wife and I love it here however they are pretty expensive so we don’t go too often. Their sangria drinks are unsurprisingly very well made. We are looking forward to our next visit.

Every visit is a good experience. The food is exceptional, it really stands out relative to other restaurants in the area. Slightly higher pricing than most restaurants in Moscow. I don’t mind paying a little more because their food is so good. I also like how they do not assign one server to a table. Many times I am helped by multiple servers and this makes the experience short and easy. I have never had to wait for a check or a refill on a drink. Sangria is my go to place for a date with my wife when visiting Moscow.

Anyone giving less than 5 stars came on an off night. Try it again. Our favorite restaurant everytime we come in town, between either Pullman or Moscow. You will be hard to find the Long Grain Risotto at any other restaurant. Give it a try. Sangria grille offers food you won’t find at other restaurants.
