This place has a lot of barbecue options plus many sandwiches in specialty items the other barbecue places don’t have. If you like food very spicy they have a sauce behind the counter that’s not out at the tables and it is definitely very spicy! It’s called Wilbur’s Revenge! Ask for it!

This used to be the spot for a good lunch, but not anymore. Twice in the last few months, I’ve gotten old food, not just overcooked, but actually old. I tried calling them twice last week, but no one picked up. If I could, I’d give them a negative star.

Food came cold. All of it. It’s ridiculous to pay $30 for a plate of meat and receive it all cold! Even the mashed potatoes!! So disappointing. I ate some of it because I was hungry, and brought the rest home in a box to eat it warm. Several items were missing from our order too. The server totally ignored us and we had to call him repeatedly to get the missing items. The taste of the food was pretty average. The baby back ribs were good, though.

We were a large group(22 in total) and our server Jamaurion was amazing! He got all our orders correct and kept checking in on us. The other servers were a great help as well. We always get amazing service every time we come here.

Online Order was due at 12pm. I’m in the store for pick up. They didn’t bring it out until after 1pm after me waiting patiently. The excuses they gave was it’s the holiday and orders are being made ad they see them. Therefore, a person who have just placed and order 3 min ago can leave out with their order sooner than a person who have placed an online order the day before. My Food was Ice cold. I infoemed Loyd, the managerof this. He stated that it’s busy. Walked off from me throwing up his hands in frustration due to another customer’s complaints. I called him back to explain my food is cold. He was discourtious and didn’t present as a manger. He then reluctantly stated that he can have them remake the order. I’ve waited so long and therefore don’t have additional time to spare. I declined this offer. He said we’ll I can give you a dessert. I informed him that I didn’t order dessert because I’m not able to eat it. He said well that’s all he Is Willing to offer then and then walked off from me again.Another manager, Stacy tried to do right by me by at least hearing my co concerns however because Loyd is his superior, he is unable to supercede the already offered dessert. It would have been nice to be offered a side instead. This is what I requested. I’m disheartened by this experience. Good customer service is very difficult to find these days. It’s unfortunate how I was treated. I’ve patronized this establishment for years. I’ve had large dinners catered for my staff many times. I’m highly disappointed with the poor treatment, especially when I did everything I was supposed to have done. You all didn’t make it right for me. Tis the season to be jolly! Unacceptable.

At this point, they should go out of business because it has fallen off tremendously. This doesn’t taste like off the grill. It tastes like leftover from yesterday. It wasn’t even hot when I picked it up. Dry..dry..dry…I got the tips and brisket. Should have gone with my first mind. Disappointed. This is what they are calling tips now. No meat what so ever. Mostly fat. The brisket was paper thin and dry. Just done with Famous Daves. I threw out the rest. The brisket I ate only because I was hungry. Do better Famous Dave. I wish I had looked at the reviews because I’m seeing other customers had the same complaint.

I came here yesterday with the family and was overall pleased. They sat us down right away, and they brought out the food pretty quickly. My only complaint was that my brisket was a bit on the cold side. But all the side dishes were very good. Especially the cornbread !! I would definitely come back to give it another try!
