We went for Valentine’s dinner with two other couples and had a wonderful night. The atmosphere was warm and cozy — relaxed pace, and you could actually enjoy conversation without feeling rushed.
The filet was cooked beautifully, paired with fresh asparagus and creamy mashed potatoes — classic and done right. The shrimp pasta was rich but not heavy, and the portions were generous.
Dessert really sealed the night. The chocolate cake and the chocolate raspberry tart were both fantastic and felt like a true treat, not an afterthought.

From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was out of this world! The cozy inn made you feel right at home. The staff felt like family and had exceptional service. We watched the game downstairs at the restaurant and the food was delicious and loved how they gave out little sweets during the game! Truly truly hidden gem! Wait staff was patient and friendly, as well as very accommodating and attentive. Food was delicious, and even with a heavy dinner crowd and a 7 person table, food was out in relatively good time. Any issues were promptly corrected without having to request them to be taken care of.

Plenty of drink options including seasonal cocktails and craft beers in addition to the classic options you’d find at most restaurants.

This establishment offers an exceptional dining experience. The recent renovations are aesthetically pleasing, mixing the past with the present, and the staff provides attentive and efficient service. The signature blueberry pancakes are highly recommended, but don’t fret, the rest of the menu holds up too. The dining room is well-suited for larger gatherings, making it an ideal venue for Sunday brunch. We’re excited to return for dinner soon.

The Nautical Alignment crew finally made it to The Wilson House for breakfast on Sunday, 8/31/25 and it was worth the wait! We’ve been eager to visit since they opened, and the experience did not disappoint.
The blueberry pancakes were sweet and perfectly fluffy, while the chocolate chip pancakes took it up a notch—rich, indulgent, and absolutely delicious.
The standout of the morning? Their special twist on eggs benedict featuring corned beef hash instead of ham. Savory, satisfying, and devoured in record time!
Thank you to The Wilson House team for the perfect start to our Sunday. We’ll definitely be back for more!
