Layla, who works in the Walmart location, is the best!! I ordered Door Dash from the other location, that for some reason, had their phone unavailable. I usually order extra protein, then call to change the protein type.
I called the Walmart location, to make sure the other location- was indeed open, after Layla reached out to her manager… they instructed her to call the other store & other employees- on her own…
Thankfully she has access to the employees’ phone numbers, and was able to text them.
I am so thankful for Layla. She showed ownership, phenomenal customer service, and she stepped up- when the MANAGERs of both stores did not. Thanks again girl!!

Waited 10 mins to be waited on, and weren’t busy. The sub was cold after toasting the sub roll/ it was over toasted it was crumbling all over! The veggie area had other food in it! The two workers left Subway unattended, they went on a smoke break??? Never changed out their gloves while touching everything else, Health Code Violation!

Subway the company itself got rid of the buffalo sauce and mozzarella. Those are sub staples. I go to subway all the time and spend a lot of money. $30 for two subs and now I will not come back to any and spend money

Out of meatballs and roast beef even though she asked how much roast beef was needed for the sub. Then one girl in particular let the other kid handle 4 or 5 customers by himself while she just messed around in the back. Definitely need faster and more responsible people working there. Always at least takes 15-20 mins

Ordered a salad, paid 11.59 for it. The bowl was half full, very little lettuce. I requested double meat and barely got any. Will never go there again. Not to mention the sandwich maker was not wearing gloves while making someone’s sub.

I eat at subway regularly. I have had the best experiences there and my food is always good. I want to give a huge shout out to Chase for always being so sweet and to Athena and the other very sweet girl that works with her. You 3 need a raise. Subway hang on to these kiddos.

I am very unpleased with the service here. I ordered a mini pizza, with a cinnamon and sugar pretzel, well what I got was a pretzel with just butter on it. And a pizza that was still mostly frozen. The girl may have been new. But they’re ways to do things appropriately. So I don’t recommend going there.
