Definitely one of my favorite places to go to. I no longer go to traditional ice cream shops. I guess the less of 2 evils, with a little healthy lol. The pitaya, mango and blue magic are my favorite. But can’t go wrong with cacao, and matcha!

I went to this location on Sunday Oct 27th around 3pm. I usually go often but I hadn’t in a while. I ordered 3 bowls with lids, one was filled to the brim, which was great, the other was filled well, and mine was filled alright. My only issue is that I barely got any strawberries. I let the girl know if she could add extra and she added 2 bits more. Once I got to register I asked to maybe get a small container and she said it would cost extra. I said “You barely gave me any strawberries though,” to which she responded “Yes but if I gave you more the lid wouldn’t fit over the top.” Keep in mind, one of the bowls was filled enough to where the lid wouldn’t fit over it at all, so I just think she didn’t wanna bother giving me more strawberries. We paid and left. My main issue is just that if I’m paying for toppings, I don’t expect to only get exactly 6 strawberry bits. It’s minor, but again these bowls are $13. The photos below are what I took once getting home. I tried to take videos to show that I got no strawberries but Google doesn’t let me include those.
Another thing is that I wish there was more than one person working a shift. When I go they’re normally overwhelmed with online orders and people ordering in person.
Other than that, the taste is great, and it’s probably good to say that this is the only negative experience I’ve had.

First time coming here today and girlfriend had a sharp piece of plastic in her bowl that looked like it broke off from something. Also seeing the sanitation bucket next to the open containers of food was questionable.

First time here. Ordered Acai and Matcha bowls with rolled oats, chia seeds, and fruits. Acai base is better in my opinion. Many selections of toppings. They let you taste it first before choosing. Portion is slightly smaller for my bowl on the right in the last picture, and chia seeds were not served as another layer like the store video, it was more like a spoonful. Price is on the pricier side for all 3 sizes. Will come back and try a different flavor.
