We had a little longer wait because they ran out a chicken. They were friendly and acknowledged the wait. Once we received our order, it was fresh, hot, and crunchy! Everything was delicious. Enjoyed the biscuits and mash potatoes. The location was very clean inside with friendly service from staff. We were not in a rush, so okay waiting longer for fresh chicken. Would rather have fresh chicken than ones sitting in the warmer. What we received was so crunchy and juicy.

I can not stand this place, who ever is the manager needs to be fired. Every time I come here it’s an hour wait. I literally drove up to the drive-thru and waited an hour just to even get to talk to with only one car in front of me and then they told me that the chicken was going to take an extra 20 minutes to cook. This is BS! You can even hear people laughing in the background about us having to wait. This is not funny at all. I hope they fire all the lazy people that work here.

My daughter brought a tenders dinner home. While we enjoyed our meal, my younger son noticed something hard in his biscuit. Upon spitting it out, there was a finger nail in it!! We were so discussed! I dont think we will be going here anymore.

Went through drive-thru around 3pm and was on the road back home. Encountered this crew that was very polite, fast, and overall, professional! They were well beyond exceeding needs and made sure the food was fresh. Service was excellent and I recommend stopping for the evening team’s Hospitality! Thank you Churches!!!! DIDN’T CATCH THIER NAMES but overall Thank you!

Food is always good but this last time I placed a online order on my way out of town for my mom and i went to pick it up and when I got there they had sold my order…..she said I took too long to pick it up? Than I ended up waiting 20 extra minutes..the whole point of an online order is so you don’t have to wait and no where does it say there’s a time limit that you need to pick it up by. I do online orders alot and have never had that happen.

Gave us some old chicken. The chicken strips were very dry. Went there at 4pm, so the chicken must have been cooked at lunch time and left for hours before serving us. Not a happy customer.

$40 for a 12 piece meal that turned out to be 2 pieces of chicken and 10 tiny chicken strips. The slaw was NASTY the biscuits, I’m pretty sure were from the day or maybe two days before. (Rock hard,) I understand prices of everything are up BUT COME ON, SERVE DECENT FOOD. To top all of it off the cashier (tiffany) was so dang rude I was happy to be walking out the door and I guarantee I’ll never go back through that door.
