Ordered 2 pizzas, a salad, and some brownies. What we got was 2 pizzas, some brownies, and a salad that should have been thrown out yesterday and is labeled front and center that it should have been. When I contacted the store to alert them of this gross oversight (literally) I spent half of the time on-hold and I have no clue if the manager actually did anything. Food is okay if you don’t mind potentially eating expired goods. Shame. It used to be a good place. It’s a $5 item, it’s not important, what’s important is the lack of food safety happening at this establishment. There is no scope on how far that lack of oversight goes. The manager did offer to replace the salad or credit my account, which was kind, but why would I go back to eat potentially off food?
Edited: I cannot make this up. I am adding a 2nd photo of my “extra pepperoni” pizza which had a total of no pepperoni which I wouldn’t care about if I didn’t pay extra for extra and got air. The manager did offer to refund this pizza and I accepted this second refund but I’m leaving my review here for the record.

Convenient location. Can walk from Quality Inn and Comfort Inn and Suites. Quick service. I ordered pick- up online. Paid for blue cheese for wings but was not in order. Wings were wet with too much sauce and skin was soft and slimy. Pizza Crust was advertised as crispy on outside and soft inside. Outside was soft and doughy.

It’s the little things! We are staying in a hotel in Abingdon, VA. We didn’t ask for paper plates but they were delivered without us asking. The Bar-B-Q chicken pizza and the delivery driver were awesome! It shows they care when a company takes care of the little things. Thank you !

We were deceived at this location yesterday. Their tv commercial says a large 2 topping pizza for $6.99. We had to buy 2 mediuns to get the $6.99 price. We also bought a large 2 topping pizza and we were charged $11+ with the tax.

Been having pretty good luck out of this one. So tonight I tried the new Mac & Cheese taste is very good. But when I got home and open the container I was shocked pay almost 8 dollars for a handful of noodles and some cheese. I thought it was suppose to be full like the rest of the pastas but very wrong. Wish there was more but not paying 8 dollars for this again plus forgot the bacon.

The family and I order from here every couple weeks. They are quick to get the order completed and we’ve never received anything that was wrong. I highly recommend their Pan pizza especially if you remember the old pan pizzas from Pizza Hut from years ago as they will definitely bring out a bit of nostalgia for us that grew up in the 80s and 90s. I can’t really say how their delivery is as we always order pick up.

This is the second time in a row that we hv received pizza with missing something or another. My last pizza had no pepperoni on it, and now my husband’s pizza came today without sauce of all things. You all need to get your act together asap!!!
