I hate to complain but this was the worst service ans food i have gotten here, order a turkey ranch bacon sandwich, there was only 1 slice of turkey and i piece of bacon the rest was bread and lettuce, for the 8 dollars for a slice of turkey is ridiculous and it was sloppy made. Then on to the jalapeno poppers they was still partially cold. I paid 16.79 for a meal that i ate 2 bites of the bread sandwich…

Omg, first the older man that works drive thru , he is awesome gentleman all employees need to learn from him on customer service, i come to this location just because he a joy and sweet, Next i tried the French dip last night for the first , it was fantastic mouth watering good and cook perfect, the curly fries was fresh and hot , cheese sticks to die for. It hard nowadays to find hot and fresh food,With exceptional workers also. This is my go to place now.. you all keep up the great job. And it very clean in there too.

I order 2 Gyro without the Gyro sauce ,i get home and they both have the Gyro sauce on it as seen in picture . This was on 9 20 25 at 754 pm. And i had to toss them out .

Had fabulous dinner tonight with hubby. Beef n cheddar with 4x beef and extra cheese sauce , u have to open wide to eat it but worth it. Did not hurt my stomach even though I asked for extra ranch to dip. Got a tall coke to take home. Thank u arby.

The service is quite fast and the staff member who takes the order and then awaits you at the window is quite kind. My favorite is the greek gyro (DELICIOUS). I also got one of the newly advertised sandwiches but even though Arby’s claim they have the meats, I did not see much in my sandwich. Also, I ordered coke zero, got a diet one instead. I believe they do not have coke zero, and even though the staff member confirmed my choice twice, he still gave me a diet coke. I would’ve preferred he told me they do not offer it so I would’ve picked something else.

This Trenton arbys used to be the best around because the staff was really personable and the food was fresh but within the last month I have noticed a massive decline in both service and food, for example today the bottom bun was stale and the girl at the checkout didn’t know what she was doing and I thought the poor woman in front of me was going to freak out because the girl couldn’t understand a simple order. I’m done here.
