This drive thru offers fast and friendly service. It is located behind the building with a long lane that keeps cars out of traffic. The line moves quickly and orders are always accurate, even with special requests. The staff are welcoming and efficient, making this a place worth returning to often.

Pretty crowded with a little bit of a wait, but I had a pretty complicated order and the barista nailed it perfectly on the first try. Heck yeah.
(I don’t even get upset when mistakes are made on my complicated orders, it’s just a pleasant surprise when no detail is missed 🙂 )
Edit: also there’s a lot of space, lots of comfortable seating, and a lot of outlets. Drive through, walk in, and curbside available.

Very friendly staff. Our drinks; the Berry C energy, were ready quickly after ordering thru the app. They tasted great & the staff fully paid attention to what we wanted. Some stores ignore that you want Still water or less ice, bur we got exactly what we asked for.

The employees were very rude. Did not give us any time to actually respond to them while in the drive thru. Gave us our coffee and the lid was not on all the way. Forgot to give us part of our order so I had to get their attention. Overall a horrible experience. Will not be back.

I had an unexpectedly pleasant experience here. The staff was very attentive and accommodating. The building is very clean and well appointed. There is a fireplace and the chairs and tables were pristine and mostly available for seating. Service was quick and accurate. Another perk is that this place is also a Brugger’s Bagels! Definitely one of the nicer Caribou Coffee places around. I recommend!

What a crap show. Long queue. Asked for a hot latte. Got a semi cold not even warm at all. All milk no coffee. Just foamy milk no coffee at all. Wasted 30 mins in drive thru for this. Don’t forget to tip too

Great service received today from a small team of two employees. Can was new and we were very patient as he navigated the register and preparing our order. He was very professional and courteous as well. His team mate Alex came over several times as we had two separate transactions, paying with a gift card and ordered bakery and drinks. He did an awesome job for a newbe! I also got to meet the manager on duty Dylan and I told him what great service we received. Our drinks and bakery items were perfect. Thanks again for an awesome experience!!!
