This is our first time here, and the food was great! If burgers are your thing, you’ll find tasty ones here, and the fries are perfect and well-seasoned. The food is home-cooked quality, and what it lacks in fancy decor it more than makes up for with ideal comfort food. This place is worth a stop!

I bought the combination breakfast that they advertised on their flyer, for takeout, when I got home I had been shorted the biscuit and toast. The high price wasn’t reduced though. I appreciate the owner or manager contacting me after my review. Their was but one behind the counter doing all the cooking , taking orders, and receiving payment. It was I’m hoping an isolated incident. It’s just that you buy takeout and get where your going and open your container to eat and your not only shorted part of your order but, ever tried eating pancakes without a fork, syrup, or butter , not good.

Last night was my first time eating at the Roberta Grill. It isn’t Turners. myself and four others we’re the only customers when we came inside and still waited 40 minutes for our food and 15 minutes for our drinks. Our server was nice and very apologetic however the the men cooking were rude and didn’t really seem to care that it was taking forever. After I got my food a side of french fries were missing and I had to ask twice for them before they were rudly given to me. I will not be coming back.

This was one of the worst if not the worst places I’ve eaten at in the past 2 years. Customer service is slow and the employees especially one by the name of jt, were very rude and really took their time. I’m fairly certain that I found a hair in my burger, along with that it tasted frozen and fake. I really don’t understand how people could even work here. The atmosphere is just BAD. Never eat here!!!

Our girl scout troop went to roberta grill for a meal before camp. We had great service and the food was yummy. Good American fried food 🙂 plus a great BLT sandwich 🙂

Roberta Grill, has the best food, My husband and I ate there on 01/11/2019 it were our first time there and we really did enjoy…the shrimps was delicious and so was the cheese burger…we will be going back soon… everyone go get some of that good food…

Upon entrance of the restaurant the two ladies who were working, were loudly and obnoxiously discussing personal business and drama. The girl who helped us, Jessica, was asked by another group of ladies for their drinks. And proceeded to not give them their drinks until after their food came 10 minutes later. We waited for almost 20 minutes without our drinks and still not had received our food. The customer service was poor and unpleasant.
