I ordered a caramel latte, but the barista gave me a coffee without caramel. I let him know that he didn’t put caramel in my latte, and he responded very rudely, telling me that next time I should let him know it has caramel. I replied that I don’t have to let him know anything because it was already on the ticket and I paid for my extra caramel. I asked for a refund. Poor quality of service.

This Starbucks has comfy couches outdoor! It’s beautiful in the Spring with flowers around. It also has heating lights and a fireplace, so you won’t feel cold outside. I love it!

I got a Passion Fruit Ice Tea. It tasted so good and I was happy with the service as he suggested me to get this tea as Rooibos tea was no longer available. I will definitely visit this starbucks again.

Just my very favorite Starbucks. Quick, consistent, wonderful service. And I’ll pick it over Aviano any day of the week, for whatever that’s worth (worth saving the $8 spent on a single shot 12 oz beverage, that’s for sure.) Economize & enjoy.

Came here to sit on the patio and do some work but all you hear is the construction work and the workers yelling at each other. The constant construction in CC is a reason to avoid this Starbucks and the area as a whole.

very large store with a huge patio in middle of cherry creek. it does not have a drive through but I think that is nice. this feels more like a coffee shop than a fast food place
