I got a seaweed-wrap burrito and found it both tasty and filling. I definitely recommend the creamy miso sauce. I was glad for the ability to customize my order with the build-your-own setup.
The cost is a bit much for the amount of non-rice food you get in an entree – I think this cost probably stems from the fact that the same cost is applied regardless of which protein choice is made (so you’re paying for the shrimp even when you’re not getting the shrimp).
A word of caution to anyone eating here later in the night: I ordered about an hour before closing and was told there was no more sushi rice available because they were done making it for the day. I assume this is due to the logistics of the rice being prepared in a large batch, so I understand why they wouldn’t want to make a ton near closing time and risk having to throw it out – I’m just saying late-night visitors should be aware of this potential limitation.

I recently ordered through DoorDash and was extremely satisfied. I got one of their poke bowls And it was so delicious! I love the fact that there are so many things that you can choose from to include in the bowl so you can basically get the same one every time but have it be completely different and that’s just the start because they have so many to choose from as well. 10/10 I would definitely order from them. High quality ingredients and very fresh!

Place use to be better. I used to come twice a week. Manager with neck tattoos and another with red hair are always so miserable to help and seem bothered by having to serve people….don’t work in food service and be mad when you have to do your job. Place used to be fantastic but the past couple times I have been, management has been rude and portions sizes get smaller. Probably won’t be back for a while.

We used to love this place, was very fair priced for what we got in the past. Always got a sushi burrito with the same ingredients. Now they’re ripping people off by taking their portion size down over half of what they used to be. We’ve gone from having a decently sized burrito the size of my forearm, to something barely as big as my hand for over $16. Absolutely a rip off. Don’t come here. Called manager to complain, and she said she guesses she’s gonna have to have a conversation with the staff about their portion sizes. She said she was the GM and made it herself. No apology. No explanation. No kindness or understanding. Terrible customer service and is driving this place into the ground. Matt, you should bring Jake back. The photo with my hand is what we got. Other photo is what it used to be.

Came for opening day. Staff was very friendly. Everything was nice and clean. Lines moved fast despite workers being new to the process which was good.
I ordered the Hawaiian signature bowl. The tuna quality didn’t seem to be bad at all. The spicy mayo seemed a bit spicy but that’s just personal pretence. The rice however was way too mushy; too much water was used when they cooked the rice. The grains of rice pretty much fused together from all the extra water. Though by the end of it, I was pretty full.
Will pass on the bubble tea since it is from powder but will definitely be returning to try the salmon and the Dole whip.

This Pokemoto has gone downhill significantly. From getting the wrong order, to the manager getting mad at me for trying to tell them I didn’t receive an item from the previous day. Now over the past several months, their portions get smaller every time I order.
Today really sealed the deal. I ordered a LARGE poke bowl. I get home, the bowl isn’t even full. It looked like there was 2 scoops of rice.. the container wasn’t even HALF full. I got a musubi, and every time it gets smaller! The spam didn’t even cover the length of the rice.
I’ve emailed my complaint’s several times & never have I heard back. Don’t waste your time or money.
