New to the neighborhood, been trying out all types of restaurants in this area and decided to give them a chance. I usually go to Aguachile. The Perla website says they’re open until 11; I got there at 925pm and I stopped at the drive thru window. In front of the store the open sign was lit but nobody answered the drivethrough so I drove up to the window just in case it wasn’t working. I didn’t see anybody at the window. I decided to wait a few minutes until I saw somebody walk to the window. It was a short heavy set gray haired man. He walks towards the window turns left and talks to somebody in a room next to that window. There is light hitting the drive thru window, no reason why he didn’t see me. He and a young waitress both walk out of the room and a third waitress walks up to them and they start having a conversation right at the window. I start waving my hand because I don’t want to be too loud with the car horn and I wave my hand the entire time. I know they can see me because they were right by the window, but they do not address me. They start walking away from the window. So I start honking lightly to get their attention. They slightly turn their head my direction but continue on their way, and one of the waitresses with the heavy set man starts having a conversation. At this point I’m honking every 5 seconds to at least get a we’re closed message. They hear me honking But they still continue with their conversation. Based on this interaction, I do not suggest going to this place as they cannot courteously take 5 seconds of their time to open the window and say we are not taking any more drive through orders. That is all I asked knowing that it was kind of late but I was not even given that courtesy. I don’t need to try their food to know its quality. I highly recommend Aguachile @ 2123 Culebra Rd, they are tried and true, amazing food and they go above and beyond in client service; they have taken my order 15 minutes before close with great attitudes. Forever client of Aguaschile.

I had been coming here for about two or three years. The food is UNBELIEVABLE! Yes sometimes it takes a hit to get it but the flavor is absolutely delicious! I had brought family members outside of town and they all love the ceviche! The caldos are excellent and tasty. The tacos are also really good. But the ceviches are the star of the restaurant.
Make sure you come when there is kareoke because it’s a one of a kind experience. I personally enjoy my time at this restaurant and ho there at least once or twice a month

I used menufy to order my food to go, I get there and they do not have my order. They state that they do not use menufy. Ok thats fine I will reorder but where is the 40$ that I first paid? She said I dont know you’ll have to contact menufy. Umm… what? That is not very professional. I am sure someone signed up this restaurant for menufy, they didn’t just automatically do it itself. No one wanted to help me further. Not just that it is extremely loud in here. There were several people who came up to complain while I was waiting. I eneded up reordering si ce I was already in the area. When I PAID a second time and didn’t tip, I got an ugly look. What the actual hell. I have had the food before and it’s great thats not the issue the issue was the staff.
Replying to the response from the business, I find it very strange that there are no records. I have screen shots where your business was contacted by menufy. If you knew that you did not use that website then as a business owner you should know not to have the link connected to your business page which has coincidentally been updated to say you do not accept online orders; so you must be aware of the situation or have had multiple situations such as mine. I went as far as contacting my financial institution from this transaction on October 11 of 2025. Would you like me to post the screenshots of where the records show your business did not accept my order through menufy? After my money was taken by YOUR business? I went into the establishment and spoke with several different people who could not give me a straight answer. If they are denying this then maybe you should into your staff as opposed to posting that you have no record. I will never go there again nor do I recommend it to anyone. This is probably why the Blanco location closed. Let me know if you want the screenshots. I will gladly post them here.

It definantly is a colossal waste of time, money and appetite. A frozen fried fish stick would of been more filling than their fish/shrimp/oysters clue should of been two of us were the only customers on a Friday afternoon maybe if they would reopen it as a Dairy Queen again and served fish burgers it might work sorry but it’s a meh

This has been our Date night spot for about 5 years already, the food is incredibly Delicious, the service is ok, but it can improve a little…. but the ambience is so much fun , with live music, karaoke, and much more.

❗️Warning: ❗️Pics do not do the food any type of justice. I had to use my boyfriends android phone bc I left my iPhone in the car – quality is not great and food looked way better)
Tried this place for the first time because we were in the area and my boyfriend was wanting Ceviche. We got the basic one and omgeeee so good. I got the beef fajitas with borracho beans and rice. The rice was white thou which threw me off at first but overall a very flavorful plate. The chips and salsa were also so good. Love me a good chip. Overall this place looked so nice inside, some good art and the music not for me but deff for others. There was a language barrier with the females but the owner I assume spoke English so he helped us for the most part. Would deff go back for the food but a little pricey per plate but all together not so bad. Throughly enjoyed this place.
