Hands down the best and most comfortable experience ever at a restaurant. I literally felt like I was at a family function. The food was amazing. I ordered the shrimp tacos unfortunately they has onions. This was not a problem they brought me an entirely new meal! My wife and daughter felt the same! Kudos to the entire staff at Don Carlos!

Nachos had so much liquid same as taco salad. Never asked for refills. Bathrooms wrecked so bad. Told waiter about food and he said “oh must of been to much milk” like really?? Never again will we choose to go there.

Mexican tacos are very different from American tacos. These are on small double corn tortillas, choice of meat and topped with onion & cilantro.
I’ve had my share of authentic Mexican tacos all over Mexico and California.
I had the street tacos and the shrimp cocktail.

The service was excellent we called and ordered by the phone and in 18 min the food was ready. The food was really good the burrito had a lot of chicken and they gave us a lot of chips and the horchata was so good I recommend it

1st time there. Ordered Taco Salad and Cheezy Rice with chicken. Returned Taco Salad as all ingredients were cold and shell was not crisp, soft and rubbery. Second Taco Salad was good. Pleasant and clean environment, staff very friendly and obliging . Prices have increased due to inflation. Note the menu.
