Orders from DoorDash tonight and this was my last straw with this location. Every time I go in person the employees give terrible service, as if the customer is inconveniencing them by ordering food. Tonight I ordered a burrito where I paid for extra steak and guacamole to be added which were not present. The rice was stale and old and my lettuce and fresh tomato salsa were also missing. To top it all off, the burrito wasn’t even not even wrapped properly in the foil- falling apart. This is not the first time I’ve had a problem with this location and this is truly unacceptable when paying almost $20 for a standard burrito.

9pm on a Friday, I’m sitting at this location looking at all employees expect the chefs on their phones standing near the drive thru window. Tables are a mess, trash is over flowing and service was terrible. I tried ordering drinks and the cashier ignored me and helped someone else. I ordered 2 Mexican cokes and I had to ask for the bottle opener and was given it like I was asking to make it from scratch.

Usually catering from this place is great- that being said I have had terrible experiences with pick up orders over the passed few months.
Ordered a quesadilla and it said that it came with two sides. I customized it to my liking but didn’t add any sour cream, queso, or guac to my order because I assumed these were the two sides that the meal came with (to further back this theory, adding these queso/guac showed an additional charge). My quesadilla came with no sides.
Everything tasted really fresh but the grilled veggies were cut so poorly that it ruined the whole experience. Half of a red onion with the root still intact. Green peppers were quartered instead of sliced.
Ordered the watermelon lemonade with my order. When I pulled up to the window the man working confirmed my drink choice and went to go fill my cup- what he gave me was lightly flavored water. I don’t know if the machine needed to be refilled or serviced but the beverage was clearly the color of water rather than its usual pink color.

If there was a zero star option, this would be the only time applicable. Dont leave many reviews and don’t feel good leaving this one but this place is a dirty mess with food contamination everywhere, careless staff and nothing prepared.

How does a place both undercook rice and over cook meat? Ask whoever made my meal here today. Didn’t ask for a refund since I didn’t eat it until I got home. The place is painfully understaffed I feel like, since every time I go there doesn’t seem to be enough people working different roles. Do not recommend eating here. Go to a different Chipotle or better yet somewhere else entirely. Think I may be done with Chipotle as a whole, personally.

The woman who served us was delightful. This place however is disgusting. Every table and seat was covered in smears and food. Trash was over flowing. Trash on the tables and floor. I don’t know how you can successfully run a place like this. The food was Ok and the woman who took our order was great. That was the only brightspot. Non to be found on the tables for sure.

As you can see the lid was not placed on correctly and it has spilled out into the inside of the bag and onto container. If you want to save $12.00, I suggest to make the quesidilla at home. As you can see it takes a tortilla and a splash of cheese. I foolishly had bought 2 kids quesidillas when I could’ve made this myself and better lol. The check out person asked if I wanted it remade , I said no because there was a line( she was sweet). I digress. The person who prepared my quesidilla was annoyed that I asked for a side of rice.

I ordered a simple burrito bowl and chips and queso. Ordered on the website, and had a smooth pick up with the drive thru lane. When I got home I was astounded at how pitiful the bowl was I have never seen something like this before. The bowl was only filled with like a tablespoon of each ingredient and the final product didn’t even reach the top of the bottom bowl. On top of this, my bag looked like it had been opened after sealing, and I didn’t even get chips. Incredibly bad for such a simple order.
Update: after a week, Chipotle support answered with “Hey it’s taking a while to address your comment, here’s a free chips and guac, hope that settles it” nope very displeased.
