I went to this Dunkin’ for the first time, and usually, I rarely had excellent customer service experiences on Dunkin’s, but here, the guy at the counter was welcoming and friendly. The service was fast and they made my latte within no time.

I love Dunkin in general for their latte deals and bacon egg and cheese croissants. This particular location is well maintained, have plenty of parking and clean inside. What I didn’t like is a staff members. I understand it’s not a dream job but least to say “hi , how can I help you “ would be enough . Instead the woman at the counter said “ what do you want? ”. I said thank you 3 times – no response whatsoever. Here 5 stars for a good latte and croissant. 0 stars for customer service . Keep it up

The guy took my aunts order and then asked if I wanted anything. I told him I wanted a cup of water. I was going to tell him I wanted a donut, but he closed out the order before I could. He apologized, which was nice, and I ordered my donut.
My aunt received her coffee and donut, and I received my donut. I asked where my water was and was told to wait on the other side of the counter. Three people were served their food and drinks before me, but they ordered after me. I asked the girls working behind the counter for my cup of water and they looked at me like I was from another planet. More customers were served so I had to go back to the guy taking orders and ask foe my drink. He was aggravated that he had to help a customer. I was aggravated that I had to deal with this.
Anyway, toilet paper was not where it belonged and would blow off the handicap railing if you dried your hands with the blower. And the garbage can was outside of the restaurant. Why? I have no idea.

One of my favorite locations to visit. The employees always brighten your day and are a source of cheerfulness! Have never had any issues with the food/drink and they are quick!

I am writing this review because of a horrendous experience my wife had with one of the staff members in this place – Elizabeth. My wife frequents this place and a couple of days ago my wife placed her usual order. Elizabeth who was the barista at that time behaved so rudely with my wife – including asking my wife to shut up in a very condescending tone. Everyone in this place is very good except her – she would rather waste away her time listening to stuff with her headphone on instead of working…and if you ask her to remake your order since it wasn’t what was expected, she just gives you a very rude response!!! Top it off, she kept murmuring and speaking I’ll of my wife in Spanish, a language we don’t understand. When my wife said she will bring the issue to the manager, Elizabeth very rudely said that my wife can take it to the manager. This is not the first time she has behaved with my wife like this. But, my wife just kept quiet and let it go. But this time, the words – saying shut up you to my wife has gone beyond the tolerable limit that made us write this review.
I don’t think this is fair since we pay for the coffee and if something isn’t right, we have every right to request the drink be remade.
