Hadn’t been to firehouse in awhile, decided to pick up a sub and try out their roast beef French dip sub. Very average, service was slow and sub was lukewarm. I’m still hungry afterwards and really wish I would have just gone somewhere else.
Place used to be great, don’t know what happened but this ain’t it. Won’t be coming back for a long long time, plenty of better sub options nearby

There is nothing about this pastrami sandwich that I ordered. I should have walked away when I asked if they hard relish and the reply was a quizical look of bewilderment as though i had grown horns and began speaking in tongues. So I asked for pickels. We discussed one the sandwich or off. Agreeing on “on” the sandwich to which they are wholly missing upon reciept of said sandwich.
And it is possible that Publix and delis have ruined my expectations around subs and specifically pastrami sandwiches. I guess it’s in how I just described the pastrami…as a sandwich. Cause what I got was a mayonnaise laced 8″ waste of such a meager amount of actual pastrami that now, that i write this out, I’m not even sure it qualifies as pastrami sub. As its constituent parts make it more of a lettuce and mayonnaise sub… with a smearing of pastrami as a condiment?
So yeah. I was expecting a pastrami sandwich. What is got was a wet cardboard lettuce and mayonnaise “8 sub, with such a meager amount of pastrami on it it may infact qualify as vegan.
It’s been a decade sense I’ve been in a Fire Hiuse sub. I think I’m good until 2040 now.
Also, name anything less appealing on a sub than soggy, hot, lettuce with a glaze of mayonnaise? Again, this sub was nothing that I ordered but exactly the reminder I needed. Next time I’m gonna go with thai like I should have.

This location is just not being operated properly. I just visited the Bel Air, MD location And the sandwich was fantastic. I’ll never go back to this location in Timonium. They are obviously running this place cheaply and the multiple sandwiches I have received there verifies that. Just a shame.
I can’t believe how much this place has changed….Taste is great but cannot believe how small the sandwich is…WoW!!! Look at the size of the pickle? I am leaving the place still hungry…. It’s unfortunate but I don’t think I can come back…. Low value…. Maybe the worst value in the Timonium area.

Today was my first time trying FIREHOUSE, I saw one of my FB buddies talking about how good the SUBS ARE & they don’t cheat you I’ve decided to try a CLUB SUB very fulfilling and delicious . I told the guy ( I believe he was the owner or manager ) I told him it was my first time and he was like okay, (with a smile & excitement) he explained the menu to me and went on from there. I appreciate his help with great customer service. I will be back to FIREHOUSE SUBS . This place is clean and no wait time at all. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FIREHOUSE !

Really pleasant experience at this Firehouse, we were greeted with smiles and friendly attitudes, and were treated really nicely. The restaurant was very clean and the food was delicious and well presented. We had the cheesesteak sub and the hook and ladder, both of which were really good. Would recommend!

I ordered delivery through Ubereats. Timeframe was fine. I did not expect the food to be piping hot when it got here. The steak in the cheesesteak sub tasted as though it had been cooked, then refrigerated and then put on the sub. Like actively cold. Not room temperature or cooled down due to the timeframe of delivery. It is literally colder than room temperature.
Additionally the subs look like the person who made them was angry about it. Haphazardly and poorly placed ingredients making everything look unappetizing. It is clear that no care or effort was put into actually making the food.
The uber eats driver was nice. All in all was a waste of money.
They responded to my review here but nothing came of it. I asked to recieve a refund via their online portal given that I still had the food (uneaten) at the time. There was no response when that was requested.
I ordered food there once again. In person with cash, just to give the place a chance given the opinion of others, but was let down a second time.

A very welcoming place to dine in at plus the firehouse props are interesting to look at. The self-serve sauce bar is dynamic as well.

Just picked up an online order. No chips in the bag. Glad I noticed and asked if I could grab them. Get home and 3 cookies and a brownie are missing as well as half the kids meal. Went to this location a year ago after placing an online order. Arrived to a closed store with a sign saying everyone was at a catering event. After I paid for my food that I never got. This location is terrible. Firehouse is good, just go to a different location.
