I should have taken a picture of the burnt black chicken wings that I purchased along with two other menu items. When they arrived at my house and I realized how burnt they were I got out of the shower and stop my kids from eating them to drive back to the store and get some freshly cooked wings. Once I arrived at the store and opened the bag I realized I was missing a few items. The manager, Meka, told me that she was new and when I asked her a question about the flavor of the chicken she told me that she wasn’t sure but to come inside the store. So freshly out of the shower I drove 20 minutes to KFC, went inside and waited about 15 minutes to finally be given some chicken that was already sitting there, they didn’t even have the courtesy to cook me fresh chicken. When I asked about a refund or replacement for the items missing she told me that she would only replace the chicken but the items that were missing were not her problem and that I needed to get in contact with somebody from inside of the app because that’s where I ordered from. Blythewood KFC. So in total a hour and 15 minutes has passed and I’ve been given old chicken again but at least it’s not black, and the items that were missing she told me that she would not refund or replace and that I needed to talk to somebody in the app, that new manager who they hire who doesn’t know anything about the menu when I asked her a few questions her name is Mika. Somebody should talk to her manager or the store owner and tell them to not put people in the management position that are not even familiar with the product. Several other people were waiting for food for a long time and one lady asked for a refund but they did at least give her a refund. It was clear that the grease hadn’t been changing the wild or somebody didn’t know what they were doing because all the chicken inside of the rat was black including the chicken that they gave me. TRASH!!!! Half Breaded tenders, HARD as a rock biscuits and Grease soaked fries! $76 for food that I wouldn’t feed to anyone. You have to pull up to the window to make an order. I should have drove off as soon as I saw that. NEVER EVER AGAIN will I order from here. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!! You will be highly disappointed.

So because I live in the area I usually come here a few times and KFC has some of the best chicken. I don’t know why this place is not as packed as it used to be, but I will say that this location definitely is one of the best now. I will say that when the older guy with the cane is there. The food is great and also there is a younger gentleman who comes in in the afternoon. He does a good job as well but not like the older general. Of course he is a close second. However, this time I ordered the hot wings that they have and they were amazing fried to perfection. The time before that I have gotten the chicken just the original and and honestly it’s some of the best especially for a chain The only thing that sucks is that if the drink machine is not available for you, just go get your own drink. You do have to ask for them to refill it. So that’s kind of a bummer. But overall the staff is friendly and the restaurant is clean. Even the bathrooms and their says a lot

I was a little hesitant to try out this KFC based on some of the reviews but I decided to make an order through the KFC app. I was very surprised how quickly the order was prepared! Everything was hot and fresh! All the employees were also very nice. Dining area looked very clean.

Stay away if you actually want to feed your family by ordering a family meal. I had to cook additional food for my kids because this counts as a piece of chicken. I had 4 of these in a 12 piece bucket..
Of course they had to cook my order, and still managed to cook the driest 0 taste KFC I’ve ever had. absolutely disgraceful.

I went to the drive through and ordered at the window because the speaker was broke and I had to pull up after I ordered. I ordered the 2 wraps meal and those tenders was hard as bricks like you could tell that was sitting up there my food was not hot at all

The chicken was not thoroughly cooked. In person the chicken has more of a burgundy color. I can’t eat this. The mashed potatoes tasted old. The drive thru was backed up and I was told they only had two people working. This was a waste of $14. The only thing that was good was my drink. I won’t be returning to this location. 08/19/22 6:45 PM

Stopped here (drive thru) on the way out of town and was pretty disappointed. The food was semi cold, the famous bowl had 4 pieces chicken, and my chicken sandwich was drenched with mayo on both sides. The sweet tea was warm and had little to no ice. They forgot my dipping sauces too. The only thing nice about this place was the sweet lady behind the window. Sadly I will not be coming back here.
