Ate here 20 times because I LOVE Chipotle. However this chipotle is ran very poorly. Line is always out the door, and they only make 1 burrito in every 5 minutes. Employees stand and talk in the back while 1 person works the line slow. Compared to the other 10 chipotles I’ve tried it’s near the bottom. It’s no mystery why this place is struggling. There’s demand, they just can’t fill it with the poor operational practices. I truly hope it improves.

First time I got a burrito at this location was the week they opened and it was beyond my expectations in quality. But on the 6th visit Jan 2024 I found this chicken toe in my burrito. I tried to call the store but they had no number. I contacted the website contact us, which they never responded to. I contacted via app which was never responded to. I finally called the main number and they were shocked that the store had no contact number. It was only then that I got a refund on the burrito itself, but no apologies, no further communication. I elected to give them another try due to a Chipotle craving five months later, hoping that things may be better. Got another chicken burrito but this time had to throw this one away due to having two bones in it. Again, no response from the company and no way to contact the store itself. It’s truly unfortunate that whatever business comes to North Branch is so inferior in product and service other than the Burger King across the street. I’m actually surprised they’ve stayed open for this long.

I love Chipotle’s Mexican food! It’s always fresh and delicious. There burritos are my favorite, they are huge and so good! You choose exactly what meat, vegetables, rice, salsas, or guacamole to fill up your tortilla. It’s fast service but not fast food. I have always had great customer service at the North Branch MN location or any of the locations I have been to. I had my first taste of Chipotle’s Mexican food in Denver Colorado at the original first location years ago and ate there all the time! Love it!

HORRIBLE I placed a delivery order through the Chipotle app. I ordered guacamole and chips and the three tacos first of all on my tacos. They didn’t put anything on my tacos. They were extremely dry. I asked for multiple different ingredients and never got them. I got chicken instead of steak and I got no chips and no guacamole. I paid $21. I literally had to call up the customer service to get my refund and that took one hour. This is ridiculous. Staff need more training.

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with Chipotle. We showed up, there was a line with one worker working. There were five people behind that person standing around, not doing anything. Trashes were overflowing, all pop was out, no napkins, no forks, nothing. I had to ask the workers six times for napkins, I asked for a refund on the three pops and they just gave me a refund of $3. The chicken was under cooked. The manager who was there would not really speak to us as he was just in the store but not on the clock. I spent $30 and it basically on nothing. Trash was every where…. Attached photos.
