Fast-food chain specializing in fried chicken fingers, crinkle-cut fries & Texas toast.

Raising Cane’s is basically the Chick-fil-A that said, “You know what? Forget variety—let’s just make one thing and make it so good people will wait in a drive-thru line that wraps around the earth twice.”
The chicken tastes like it was lovingly raised on motivational speeches and then fried by angels. The Cane’s sauce? I’m convinced they mix it in a top-secret bunker guarded by golden retrievers with clipboards.
The Texas toast is so buttery it should come with a cardiologist’s business card.
The crinkle-cut fries? They’re like, “We know you didn’t come here for us, but thanks for noticing.”
And don’t even get me started on the sweet tea—it’s 97% sugar, 3% water, and 100% the reason you suddenly believe you can run a marathon.
Overall, 10/10.
Would sell my left shoe for another Box Combo.

It’s our first time visiting a Raising Cane’s restaurant. The customer service was average, but efficient. We ordered the three-piece chicken tender combo. The chicken was very juicy and crispy on the outside. The chicken might taste plain by itself, but I believe it pairs very well with the provided dipping sauce. The fries were good but very average. The sweet tea was not very good, being somewhat watery. The atmosphere was really nice, with unique prints decorating the walls, and disco balls adding to the atmosphere. The place was pretty clean. Overall, we will probably be coming back to this restaurant.

First, I’ve really enjoyed Raising Cane with an excellent experience at the Nashville White Bridge Road location. So, I was pleased that a new junk food restaurant was closer as overall I’m a pretty healthy eater in terms of food. We all need cheats, even MAHA people! The first few visits were subpar. I complained twice (on my 3/22 experience) after my last visits had multiple mistakes. I did not place a Google review, although I had to contact corporate when the manager seemed to have decided my complaint was not valid. Today, I paid to try Raising Cane again after my 3/22 experience. Well, I said unsweetened tea at least twice. It was repeated to me. I’ve learned to taste it. Sweet! I actually hate sweet tea. I have told them before, and they reluctantly tell me they can not throw out the tea or take it back. So, I ask for the unsweetened. This time I thought I made it completely clear. I never declined slaw, which comes with The Box. I was given bread. I specifically ordered no bread as per my receipt. No. I was given bread. I was told that it was essentially my fault as the team can not hear from the drive thru? Then, maybe they need to fix it by reading and knowing their menu? My friends who go to Chik-Fil-A do not report this problem. I took pictures this time before I drove back to address the problem. I could hear the team powwow with management. Customer’s fault but politely told I need to clear my orders with the front window? Why? They can not read the ticket or include slaw? They don’t know what The Box includes? I was asked, “You want slaw?”. I mentioned it’s part of the combo. This Raising Cane is awful. It isn’t even related to the better chains. I’d said I’m never going back. I’m not. I encourage others to try Slim’s or Nashville RC. I very much like leaving positive reviews. It’s all compounded with this team. The corporate office needs to train them. And, it’s not my job to read a ticket to staff. McDs, other RC, and fast food hear me clearly when I reiterate no sweet tea. I’m eating fast food as is. Let’s cut some sugar. Awful service. Poorly cooked food that lacks RC quality. Here’s my receipt. It says no bread. It never notes no slaw. But, I guess the manager and team can be polite enough but not own responsibility. I shouldn’t be asked what to do when I present an incorrect order. Simply fix it. Period. Do not blame the customer politely.
Thankful I did ask for the receipt. I was given a corrected receipt after things were fixed at my request. How odd. Go elsewhere!

Great atmosphere and great people. Was greeted promptly upon entry, and my order was taken and delivered quickly. Good was presented nicely, cooked perfectly, and portions were good sized for the price.

Much like the other locations in the chain, this Raising Cane’s has great chicken and great service. Food was served fresh and well presented. Wish there were slightly more side portions for the price, but the overall meal quality is top notch. Overall I would recommend if you’re looking for a secret sauce style chicken that’s not too strong. Mobile order pickup was a tad confusing as my order wasn’t placed in the mobile pickup area, but counter staff sorted it quickly. If you are easily overstimulated by crowds, music, or lighting, I would recommend eating outside or ordering to-go as the lobby can be somewhat overwhelming.

The chicken and fries were very crispy and piping hot!! We shared a 6 piece tender and it was more then enough for us! We did have to wait a bit in the drive thru- however it was on a Sunday and about 12:45pm. They were kinda busy! Super nice staff!

Raising Canes hits the spot every time. The chicken is always hot, crispy, and somehow never greasy. The Canes Sauce is addictive. I could dip anything in that stuff. The toast is buttery and soft with just the right crunch on the edges, and the crinkle cut fries are solid especially when they’re fresh. It’s not fancy but that’s the point. You go to Canes when you want comfort, consistency, and food that just makes you feel good. I’ve never had a bad meal there. Simple menu done right.

Okay I got the sandwich combo and the sandwich is definitely just 3 chicken tenders in a sandwich with some sauce but the bun is airy and just amazing. The crinkl cut fries were okay, nothing quite special. Lemonade does kinda taste funny, but not bad, just, interesting I’d say. My mom ordered to go, of course the line was as far as the future. From what I say in the car the atmosphere looked really nice, outdoor there was lighting and even though we got our food and got out the inside looked quite nice too, nothing special really stuck out in there, though I didn’t really do much more than glance helping my mom carry a jug of their lemonade which I’ll get to in my next sentence here. It was ten dollars for a jug of lemon I give 2/5 stars that unless your trying to fill up a party I do not recommend it for a family of 4 as it does say it’d be best to drink it within 48 hours. I noticed of course as mentioned there were sizeable ramps making it a wheelchair accessible establishment. This is my first real review so I do apologize if this review is a little trivial to what might be expected when viewing a “reviews” section.

I do NOT know what they served us in the drive thru but honestly I was very afraid to eat it. I am a quality expert on Canes’ chicken having eaten it frequently in Houston TX for 6 years, weekly.
The regional manager of the Clarksville, TN store should be there ASAP. I did not eat half of my chicken, we live 1 hour away from this restaurant.
I will definitely be contacting corporate office to make sure they investigate the quality of this restaurant.
DEFINITELY NOT preparing or selling Cane’s chicken.
The French fries were of a poorer quality, also.

Went for 1st time. The chkn tenders were really good and the service was cheerful. It was a pleasant surprise. The food was juicy, wth a light and crispy coating but not greasy. The only disappointment was the condiments. It was such a let down to be given ketchup containing “high fructose corn syrup”. Aftr reading abt how mch care and concern is gvn to serving non good non antibiotic chkn and thn to be given crappy unhealthy condiments jst to save money is really sad. That, Ruined my experience.
