Came here late at night after a long urgent care visit at the nearby Kaiser. My order was correct, but my nacho cheese sauce was not even half full. Had to go back through the drive-thru to get another. Was stuck in line behind multiple cars and a minivan with a $60 order. I was polite and when I got to the window, I showed them the tiny amount of sauce I’d received so they wouldn’t think I was being overly picky. No apology was offered.
In similar circumstances at other stores, they’d at least apologize for the issue and for the long wait in line to get a replacement, and possibly throw in some free cinnamon twists or something for the inconvenience. Customer service at this location needs improvement.
Check your sauces before you leave the window.

This review is for the night crew. The food is consistently well made and delicious. The one time I did have an issue with my order they were happy to make things right and I left very satisfied with they way they handled my complaint. I really appreciate the late night crew and go out of my way to eat at this restaurant when im craving some good fast food!

This Taco Bell is solid overall.
The food is exactly what you expect, and the fries are legitimately good — better than most fast-food fries, honestly.
Order comes out fast, food’s hot, and it does the job when you want something quick.
Only real drawback: the self-serve ordering screen. It feels like you have to click through 15–20 prompts, upsells, and add-ons before you can actually pay. They try to sell you every side dish and extra under the sun. That alone knocks a star off.
Otherwise? Totally fine. Good fries, decent food, no real complaints beyond the kiosk nonsense.

If a manager reads this you need to do something about your employees. I was here tonight to do a pickup for doordash. The order was literally ready I could see it sitting on the counter. The drive-thru is at least 10 plus cars deep and when I knocked on the door and pointed at the order he proceeded to point at the drive-thru line. Do your employees not understand that that food is going to get cold by the time I get through the line and it’s going to piss off the customer. Absolutely unprofessional behavior

Most of the time no one speaks english and don’t even bother ordering a refresca as they never make it. The lobby can be completely empty and it will still take 25 minutes to get your food because for whatever reason they don’t call your name out when its done and good-luck getting any of the workers attention. I prefer driving an extra 4 miles the other way than trying to get food here.

This location needs better management. I waited 42 minutes in the drive through. This location has bunch of careless workers that will bring out food to their friends cars in the drive thru lane and making conversation during a rush of nearly 25+ cars. Also got my drink wrong. As someone who works a hospitality job too, this is flat out ridiculous.

The worst location, whoever you guys have working at night do not know how to do their job!!! Always missing something, food is thrown together, feels like a waste of my money. I usually never complain I have worked in service industry for 11 years now. But just ridiculous. Kids can’t even read an order and put the correct things in the bag

Great if you go drive through, but zero service at the counter. I don’t blame the crew, I assume the owner has decided it’s cheaper to reduce crew size despite lost service.

Checked my bag while still in the store and realized they forgot my fries. I found out once I got home all three of my tacos were wrong, and not even remotely close to what was ordered. Double checked that I was given the right bag since not a single thing was correct and it was mine. I had ordered three speciality tacos and got 3 with only beef and cheese.

I was really hoping that they would get better by now.. I took a three month hiatus, letting them know of my bad experiences there..
All to no avail, they don’t seem to care, their “drive-thru” went down the street.. So, I decided to go inside, that was a joke because they had the same poor young man that was running the drive-thru, running the counter service as well! I had to wait over a 1/2 hrs to receive my food, and it was cold..
The place was filthy, the ONLY redeeming quality there, was the young man working the window..
