Checked on google to see what time this location closes, google says 11 pm on Friday and Saturday. Tried to order ahead for pickup at 10:05 pm on Friday Oct 3, and the app was set to breakfast. I thought that was weird. I tried to call at 10:08 pm and no answer. I tried to edit the hours on google and google said that location confirmed hours 4 weeks ago. I drove to McDonald’s in Hugoton KS and pulled up behind a pickup in Drive Thru at 10:28 pm. The pickup finished and pulled forward and I pulled in to order at 10:31 and crickets. They didn’t even say we are closed, just refused to answer. That is ridiculous.

The cashiers are always friendly but will not matter what time of day you will be waiting on the potato product in meals. They can have four vehicles pulled to side waiting

So I ordered through the app. Chose the table service. Which clearly states they bring the food to the table. Waited 28 minutes for my food. They never brought it to the table. They had it on the counter. Never once said anything. Didn’t even announce it. By the time I got my food it was cold. Very little establishment. They even have boxes in the sitting area. Not once were they welcoming or even acknowledged us. If it says table service and that they bring you your food then thats what they should do. Will not be coming back to this establishment.

Mediocre at best!! The pay window folks are always courteous but when you get the window to get your food 2 things happen.. #1 they are qick to tell you to park and your order will be out soon. (10 minutes later!) .#2 IF you get your food right away, there’s always someone eager to be rude as hell and shove the food in your car!! VERY rude employees!!!

The team members work very well together and they run a good clean store. Their windows and floors are kept very clean which makes me think the rest of what they do is above and beyond average closer to excellent.
The burgers we ordered were put together very well. It didn’t look like they were thrown together in a rush just to get it out. We will be back.

Been here my whole life, this place used to be good when Sonic was around. Order the deluxe chicken burger, only had pickles on it… No lettuce, tomato, or onion. No even close. Not to mention they are so lazy they make you wait in a parking spot for your food.
