Great place to go if u are into ice cream. Especially blizzards. I also like their chicken strips and soft pretzels with cheese. The service is decently fast, as well. I will be going back in the near future. Don’t forget, that if they don’t hold ur blizzard ice cream upside down before giving it to u, then I believe u get your next blizzard either free or at a discount!!!

Service was fine, but the food was not up to par at all. My food was barely warm as if it had been sitting out for a while, and both mine and my boyfriend’s fries were stale. There was also no ice in our drinks for some reason?
It wouldn’t be such a big deal, but their prices are pretty high so it was definitely disappointing.

Worst Dairy Queen in Muncie. Visited recently shortly after they opened. It took probably 5 minutes for my order to be taken in the drive thru. The lady working was very rude and said multiple times that my food would be awhile because they just opened. I didn’t mind waiting, but she was acting like I inconvenienced her entire day just by eating there. The next two visits after that, the employees were great but food tasted really old.

Just tried the new FLAMETHROWER and it was quite delicious. Great flavor and a good amount of heat. The service at the drive thru was very polite and easy to hear and understand. There was a fairly long line but it was well worth the wait.

My husband’s food was fine my food was tasted like it had been sitting out a while. For me I had ordered the 3 piece chicken strip basket off the $6 menu. When I received my order the chicken strip basket was not in a Box like it normally is, it was sideways in a bag it was sideways in a bag with my husband’s food. So essentially my chicken strip basket was at the bottom of the bag. The gravy was microwaved to warm back up. The lid had melted and it looked halfed used. You don’t microwave Styrofoam and plastic. They say they will fix me up with a replacement but let’s see if that will happen. This isn’t the first time they have messed up an order. They also got rid of mellow yellow so they can put fruit punch.

Customer service was on satisfactory, went through the drive through and waited approximately 27 minutes after paying for my food in the drive through and asked to be pulled forward in order for other customers to be serviced. I was at the location for approximately 46 minutes overall in the drive through from start to finish and I received the wrong food at the end of the day but I had already left the location and was stuck with food that I did not order and or did not like but it is what it is room for improvement. #Drive-ThruFailure

I was very dissatisfied with our visit to this Dairy Queen today. Did a mobile order. Asked for extra ranch for my chicken strip basket which I paid for, wasn’t in there. Happens often. My fiancé went in to get it. They gave me one that had a dead nat stuck to the outside. He took that one back for a new one. Then he went to eat his burger and they put toppings he asked to be removed. He took it back in and then they left off a topping he did ask for. They also didn’t give us napkins which is annoying when eating greasy food. I normally don’t complain, but how many times does it take to get it right. And it is also disgusting that there are dead bugs on the ranch containers that go in the boxes with the food.

Standard DQ experience. Greatly appreciate the addition of the dairy-free Dilly Bar – the kids love being able to go to an ice cream shop and order something they can safely eat. Corporate needs to start offering even more yummy treats for those who can’t eat milk-based products!

They charged me 7.50 for a chicken basket and don’t give me any toast …I told them I want the basket WITHOUT the drink they charge me for it anyway? The food was so Terrible i laughed and gave the rest of my gift card back to the person who gave it to me. Make it better.

We stopped at Dairy Queed today for something light. I wasn’t hungry so I had a blizzard and my grand daughter had the chicken finger meal with a med. Blizzard. Both blizzards were wonderful and I will probably return for another and I am sure my grand daughter will also.
