We arrived here 10 minutes before closing on the night of an ice storm. There was only one employee, Maddie. She took our order, cooked everything herself, took care of other customers in store & at the drive thru. She did it all with a great attitude. She never once complained about all the work right at closing time. Everything tasted great! I was so impressed with her positive attitude and work ethic. She could have easily been frustrated with all the work, especially on a night with bad weather coming in, but she handled it all like a pro!

We went through the drive through. the lady at the window who took our order as well as served us was very short and rude with us. they also apparently don’t sell chocolate ice cream anymore. they also shorted the ice cream in my blizzard. not very happy with our service today, it left us feeling very unwelcome. we probably will not return.

When I was coming to order at the drive-in, the lady over the speaker instantly had an attitude, and I brushed it off assuming she was just having an off day. Then when getting our order she proceeded to drop two cones into the fudge and finally got it on her third try making her more frustrated. The bigger lady came and gave us our other two items with an attitude worse than the older lady and slammed the door without giving me a chance to say anything. I’ve seen several complaints about the employees and I think this Dairy Queen needs to look into hiring different people that understand customer service.

It’s sat 12/28/24 at 9:20pm they close at 10pm. We pull up she automatically says their ice cream machine is already shut down for the night. So basically they weren’t selling Ice cream, what they are known for, 40 min early!! Why? The car in front of me obviously wanted Ice cream too because they drove off right after they pulled up. The district manager needs to know about this. It’s bad enough everytime I’ve order food it has been old and wrong or missing something. I understand it’s hard to find good people to work fast food but people what happened to good work ethics? Your getting paid so stop wasting company money. All because you don’t wanna put forth the effort to do your job.

My family and I have eaten here many times in the past but decided to eat inside today. We were greeted with sincerity and the order process with Erica was great. She was training someone and was very patient with our 6 person order. As we were waiting for our food I was extremely grateful for how clean the restaurant was. I used to work in the industry for years and I know how stuff can get away from you, but y’all do a great job maintaining cleanliness throughout the building. Thank you to Erica and the team today for making our experience a great one!

They forgot my chili cheese fries. Took forever to finish my order. My burger was soggy by the time my fries were ready. They seemed more willing to give a co worker 5 ice cream cones than work on our food. My taco salad only had one sad piece of chicken and was all lettuce and tomato. Not a good experience this time.

Drive through took 20 minutes. There was only one person in-front of us. I ordered a hot fudge sunday with peanut butter snd whipped cream. They barely gave me any hot fudge. They gave me little to no peanut butter, and they gave me a tiny bit of whipped cream. I would not go here.
