Bagels are fresh and authentic. Sadly, the chips were old/stale. Bagel was barely toasted. I had the turkey bacon avocado sandwich. Bacon was good. Turkey was a very thin slice with very little taste. Service was friendly and quick.

Good bagels but nothing spectacular about it. The Santa Fe sandwhich was good, and the Maple house was of my taste.
The Nova Lox was pretty ordinary but I usually prefer less cream cheese and more salmon.
There was a small fly roaming around the bagels; I saw one on the onion bagel.

The vibe is very dismal and gray in this place because the dining room is closed, so the place is mostly empty space with tattered printed paper signs stating something to the effect of “to go only dining room closed,” except on the most important place to post one which is the entrance to the building. The person in front of me in line asked why that is, and the employee said that all EBB’s do not have dining rooms open and are changing their model. The employee sounded tired of explaining this to customers. I was looking forward to sitting down and eating inside the business. The outside of the business is inviting, but the inside feels like March 2020.
The sandwich was decent but very overpriced (see minimal contents in photo). I did ask for no egg but was still charged for the egg sandwich. Perhaps there are no other options in the software to make it cheaper, which is understandable but was not conveyed to me.
All in all, I unfortunately don’t feel like I will be returning.

I was so excited to try Einstein Bros since I’ve heard great things about them. I ordered the chorizo sunrise egg sandwich and a twice baked hash brown. I was pressed for time so I bit into my hash brown while driving and then noticed quite a bit of hair on it. I was so disgusted! Thankfully I was at a stoplight so I spit it out. I was pretty hesitant to eat the sandwich, but I examined it thoroughly and didn’t find any hair. I reluctantly ate it because I was still disgusted, but starving. I wish I had more time so I could have gone back to show them. This was an absolutely disastrous first experience and first impression of Einstein Bros. I will not be visiting again.

I am writing this review, and specifically giving the atmosphere a 1 star, because every time I go to this location there are two different radio stations/songs playing at the same time and it’s very, very annoying and loud! I don’t even understand how this happens day after day without the people that work there noticing. I think one song plays on one end of the store and the other on the other side?? Idk but can the owner please change this! Idk how no one has complained already because it is not peaceful to sit and eat there.

Awesome Einsteins. Very nice clean facility is a testament to the management happening here. Helpful, friendly staff. Large eating area. Great counter display. It was a good experience. I ordered a new menu item..like a chicken and egg bagel deal. But they had to nix the cream cheese. Staff then suggested the roasted pepper spread which was a great choice. When it came time to pay, a change in bagel was recommended since it also had cheese. I agreed! I would have been upset if I carried out and found a cheesy bagel after avoiding all the cheese. Overall, great customer serive and food!

A great place to visit on campus for a bagel, been going for all 4 years of my degree and I couldn’t recommend enough. Good food and nice people! Really love their coffee.
