Pretty disgusting called back bc I drove 20 min to grab something quick to eat with the fam after spending hours in the hospital and just wanting to eat quick and get the kids to bed and I get all the way home to open up our food and see the new nuggets they are selling look like this! The smaller portions were rock solid! In addition, I purchased crunchy tacos that i unfortunately did not take pics of (wish I would have took pics of everything just to show how the rest of the food looked too) that were also the same color and rock hard! I don’t know who believes this is acceptable to serve any customer but new training or maybe just a whole new night staff is necessary! Honestly the soft shell tacos appeared as if they were soaked in water! The cheesy fiesta potatoes had less than a teaspoon of cheese on them no sour cream at all, my burritos were half open in the wrapper…. & we were missing food! I am beyond disappointed! After spending just over $65 to feed my family I do NOT expect food to be this horrible! I get its fast food but come on! I’ve never experienced anything like this! Upon reaching out to the manager on duty, I was a little disappointed in his customer service skills! He didn’t seem too apologetic. The one apology I got was the least sincere thing I’ve heard in my life. If I’m being 100% honest when I expressed my concerns, it was almost like he knew I’d be calling and why. He knew the food was not acceptable and still sent it out hoping we’d not be able to reach out before closing! The manager offered to fix the meal the next time I came back but then that would mean my family would have had but 2 burritos and 2 nacho fries to split between the 5 of us we decided to make the 20 min trip back and hope for the best! When ending the call, I was told to have a blessed night in a very sarcastic manner! The audacity was appalling! I just can’t imagine working in the food industry and being ok with serving people food like this and charging as much as they do! Never again! I’ll never recommend this location! They need much better training and management! I truly hope corporate gets a chance to see this and take this into consideration and makes the necessary changes this location requires to make it a successful business!

Worst taco bell ever. Horribly slow. I placed an order then my daughters placed theirs. We go to pick them up and my daughters came out and mine didn’t. When I asked about it they tell me the orders were coming in out of order. We stood there waiting 15 minutes while my daughter’s food got cold and they eventually gave me mine. They did give me coupons for a free taco but with the slow service at this location I doubt i will be back. When I opened up the quesadilla it was a wadded up tortilla that was folded over and mostly empty shell. Worst part is this wasn’t the first of the horrible experiences. The last time I ordered i went in and waited 10 minutes and they then told me they didn’t get the order yet. I told them to cancel it then and left, but was still charged the next day.

One time, I was in the drive-thru for taco bell and they ran out of Baja Midnight. They were able to get a nice squeeze out and said “I’m sorry, this is what we can do.” and they gave me a Baja blast on the house. When I drank the Midnight, it had to be the best thing I’ve ever had. And the tacos I had that day (a number 2) were the best they’ve ever been. Best Taco Bell in Michigan.

Don’t recommend!! Taco shells are crushed every time I’ve ordered which is about 5 times. This last time we received HAIR in our dipping sauce! Driving to ANY other location is worth your time.

I ordered food on the app and went to pick it up inside. I ordered at 3:44pm and didn’t get my order until 4:36pm…. I ordered 2 taco and 2 of the dipping burritos and I received 4 tacos and 1 burrito, also ordered nachos that had nothing but beans and cheese, all of the other toppings were missing. Definitely not complaining about an extra taco but I would’ve liked to have what I originally ordered

I have given the new taco bell a few chances because its new and they need to get there rythem. But waiting in line for over 20 mins for 2 beefy five layers when there was only 1 car in front of me is a little ridiculous or tonight we have waited 40 mins so far and are still not at the window and all we ordered was a 9$ box and a number 1 supreme. I can bring up more experiences with this taco bell. Id say go when there not busy it would be ok but they proved that wrong when I waited over 20 mins in line just for 2 beefy 5 layers… get it together taco bell we where all excited howard city was getting you and now its nothing but a disappointment

First couple times good service, minimal wait for food. Tonight 12/20/25. Long wait 20 minutes plus for food They lost son’s order. He waited over 1/2 hour. Can’t let this continue, will lose customers

Daughters order was messed up, had sour cream when asked for none and no added guacamole as ordered.. all orders of burritos had Lettuce mixed into the meat, which I’ve never had at any location ever up til this point, and as a meat and cheese only person this completely ruined my meal
