I love chipotle but the service was nor good at all. The person who was serving me was very rude. I understand it’s hot and worse Inside, but the treatment i got was unacceptable. I ask if they have the vinaigrette and she said it was sold out, so I ask if they have the cilantro lime dressing and she strait ignored me. Going to pay she snatched the money out of my hand, handed my change to me rudely and pushed the bag of food tword me. The whole experience had me crying. I always tip people serving me especially when it’s a “harder environment” but before I could hand her the bill she ran off. Not going to put names i don’t want to bash her, but it was necessary to share this. Especially considering I was very polite. I said have a good day sweetie and she also ignored me. Mind you she was kind to the customer infront of me.

Would have loved to enjoy the guac with my meal but it was unbeatable. Usually it is smashed, nonetheless this avocado wasn’t even ripe as it was very hard to even chew. I haven’t never gotten a chunk like this before and I am honestly really disappointed.

I noticed when I arrived that the floor was dirty and the tables was not clean
and I was watching an employee that was the cashier accept money and then didn’t wash his hands I had to mention it to the employee and to the staff and it’s an important hygene and the store had no forks and I heard a customer ask about a meat and the employee said oh it’s 720pm so there’s no more when the store closes at 11pm so the staff should have plenty of food
and the beans looked like it has been sititng
the female did serve me more lettuce when I asked but overall this ovation needs more work and more professional staff to actually care about the appearance and cleanliness of the store

Regular monthly lunch date… I order ahead and pick up to save time on the lunch hour. Rarely more than a couple minutes late, most times waiting for me. Fresh food, timely and tasty.

I paid $10.20 for a full portion, but they only gave me half the amount! They also forgot one of the items. Their customer service line doesn’t work—it’s all just robots responding. The portion size is extremely small! Totally not worth the price. Very disappointing!

The first thing I noticed was that the entire lunch shift staff were all young men. These young gentlemen had this store cleaner and more well-ran/efficient than any other Chipotle I’ve been to. The food was fresh, my burrito was wrapped clean and not sloppy with sauce oozing from the side like other locations I’ve been to. Definitely impressed with this location. Keep it up, guys!

Ordered through Uber eats and the bag was perfectly sealed when I received it. I open the bowl and THIS is what I get. No rice no toppings NOTHING of what I ordered. Not to mention it being half eaten as well. Completely horrible service here

Had the worst experience right now at this location. They were out of chicken at 10 PM when they close at 11 PM and they had us wait for 15 minutes while the chicken was cooking. That wouldn’t have been the problem, except for when the chicken was done cooking, they told us they made a mistake and not chicken was for an online order so we were gonna have to wait another 15 to 20 minutes. It’s now 10:30 PM Literally the worst experience ever. How do you not know how much food you have prepared? Definitely will not come back to this location again. The only positive was that the girl at the front was very sweet. But they definitely should have known how much food they had and not had us wait for 15 minutes for nothing.

I eat chipotle a lot at least 2 times a week this is the first time I have been to this one and I can say I probably won’t come back my experience went like this walking in not to busy so I ordered my food like normal then she dished out my portion size it they did not have enough steak so she gave me half and pushed it down the line the the same with the guacamole then when I got up to pay there was this guy that moved my food around with his finger and asked me steak with guacamole ? Really touch my damn food!!! Big let down chip!!!
