Jumbo crab legs with extra butter and garlic are never a disappointment.
Mrs. Cha always greets me with a smile. The food and service is always prompt.

The fish was under cooked, chicken gizzard over cooked. The food is over priced and they use to have great food. The only upside is they’ll sell you food for you to cook using your stamps. Other than that I don’t recommend it. About 4-5 yrs back I would’ve gave it a 5 star.
No bueno. You better of going to crab shack and making your own food

i enjoy the garlic butter blue crabs that come cleaned already but they cost too much for them to be mushy . i order 5-6 at a time and most of them have been mushy lately . complete waste of money . there’s always atleast one or two that are mushy in my order . i cannot order them anymore .

If you’re craving bold flavors, buttery shellfish, and the kind of heat that builds just right, this hot and seafood restaurant is a must-visit. From the moment I walked in, the aroma of seasoned shellfish and garlic butter set the tone for a mouthwatering experience.
The stars of the show? The crab legs and lobster tails — hands down some of the best I’ve had in a while. The crab legs were perfectly steamed, easy to crack, and soaked in a Cajun-spiced garlic butter that made every bite rich and flavorful. The lobster tails were tender, juicy, and slightly smoky, with just enough spice to complement the natural sweetness of the meat.
I went with a combo platter that included both, along with corn, potatoes, and sausage — classic seafood boil style. Everything was cooked just right, and the spice level was customizable, which is a huge plus. I chose medium heat, and it brought a satisfying kick without overwhelming the dish.
Service was quick and friendly, and they weren’t stingy with the extra napkins or wet wipes (a seafood essential). Prices were fair for the quality and portion size, especially considering the generous helping of crab and lobster.
Whether you’re a die-hard seafood fan or just in it for the occasional indulgence, this place delivers on flavor, freshness, and fiery satisfaction.

went there & got catfish twice, first time it was mushy, second time it stanked bad , I just knew it wasnt right so I took it back inside and got tilapia and it was very bland, no seasoning, taste like they dont season it, just batter and throw it in some grease . I shoulda just went with my normal fish place (pitts place) they never let me dwn plus it’s always perfectly seasoned. I will never go back to cha’s, this sealed da deal!

Ordered the flounder special. One piece of fish and damn near a whole bag of fries. Although the staff is nice, it’s not worth $8 plus tax. I’ll keep going to my old seafood spot in Ewing. Very disappointed to say the least.
