I have eaten at this restaurant several times. The food is absolutely Amazing! The staff is Amazing and this Restaurant is very,very clean and it’s just a welcoming environment! The Owner Anelica is just a gem!! I would say this restaurant is a hidden treasure. I will also be having my book signing there next month. Ohhh the drinks are great too! When our group saw the 4.8 star rating for this restaurant/show place, we had to go. This rating was definitely NOT A TYPO. Everything we ordered, from the mouth watering whiting fish dinner and sides to the Chicken and Waffles was delicious. The customer service is also excellent, which confirms our belief that MOB Wives of Richmond offers the BEST food in Petersburg Virginia! How they can serve such deliciousness for a one $ price is beyond me, but I’ll take it! If you enjoy tasty libations, try their Purple Rain and Liquid Marijuana drinks (No cannabis in the drink) which are both tasty and potent. This establishment also offers a drag queen show on select night if that type of entertainment is your bag, but in my humble opinion, the food is the star here, Please don’t let your thoughts on their show block you from dining at their establishment. I just wanted to say that seeing this establishment on Google maps is giving me life tonight. We’re from the Seattle area but my sister has an offer in on a house near Disputanta. I have been worried all night about her moving to the south and how scary it will be to leave the progressive bubble of Seattle. But then I saw you! Beautiful you just 20 minutes away. You’re giving me courage. You’re giving me life. You’re giving me fried fish and waffles which are two of my favorite things. If she gets this house, I’m making you my regular karaoke spot when I come visit.
