In the spirit of the holidays I must leave Blue Corn a five star review after all these years. Each year they have holiday specials and we look forward to them.
This place is special and I would recommend it to anyone that eats food. Blue corn is an interesting thing to read about and we have bought into it. The custom tortillas and the blue chips are a great start and then the meats and veggies are fresh and hot! This food makes you feel good. The location is nice and clean and they have even expanded their space, happy for them. The staff is also pleased to see their customers and we’re happy to see them.

Love Blue Corn Tacos! Been a religious delivery user for a few years and finally decided to sit down in-restaurant. Friendly faces and quick service made for an excellent dine-in experience. My only gripe is that the water from their soda machine tasted like plastic. Otherwise, my huevos rancheros hit the spot, just like it does every single time! Also, try their horchata, it is delicious!

My favorite local place to get tacos in Longmont!! Not only is the food FLIPPIN DELICIOUS, but the staff is friendly and always willing to help. You have to upgrade to the blue corn tortillas because they are the of the show. the horchata is also the best that I’ve found locally and everything is made fresh.

I have been getting Blue Corn almost every Friday for a long time now, either sit-down if I have time or delivery if I have more work left for the day. It’s always delicious, timely, and reasonably priced. When I’ve gone in person they’re always friendly and the dining area is always clean. Definitely a favorite local spot!

Our fav taco shop is just down the road at Marco’s tacos, so had to check this place out after a recommendation. Friendly staff and clean place.
We tried the blue corn chips and salsa. The tortilla chips were really delicious and cooked to perfection. They are a thicker chip and you can tell they are made in house plus salsa had a great taste.
The street tacos on the other hand were not worth the money. I did 2 asada and 2 Al pastor. The meat was so overcooked it was hard to eat the tacos, plus they had no taste at all. I have never left a taco on my plate ever and I could not finish these dry tacos at all. I drank so much water trying to get them down. I’ll pass and stick to my go to taco place.
