I had been going here on my way to work for 7 years. Usually just for muffins. Sometimes the staff behind the counter isn’t very customer friendly. One guy corrected me on my pronunciation of jalapeno. But haven’t seen him for several years. Sometimes I have waited in front of the muffins to get someone behind the counter to notice me. The last time I waited for 5 minutes while staff walked back and forth without acknowledging me. If they would have said “be right with you”, that would have been fine. Instead I just walked out. That was a month ago, not sure if I will ever go back.

I picked up a salad today, and when Iot it home, I found half the listed ingredients were missing. Of course they are closed now, so there is nothing I can do about this today. The Mediterranean Greek Bread Salad is supposed to have salami, green olives, sun-dried peppers, cucumber, onion, provolone, and tomatoes.
Mine was missing the salami, sun-dried peppers, green olives, and the Greek dressing altogether. Instead, it had hot giardiniera peppers, which I absolutely can’t eat due to a medical condition. So, thanks a lot for a lunch that was a complete waste of money.

I was at the araphoe rd location and literally was ignored for a good 10 minutes. I spoke to the manager her proceeded to make excuses. I told the manager that I’ve been waiting there for 10 minutes and that I even tried to tell the other employee that was there and they told me to just hold on one moment and I was like that’s not really fair considering I’ve already been here for 10 minutes, and the other people just walked in. The manager then proceeded to tell me that if I stood in the line which I’m not supposed to do as an Uber delivery driver, that they would know that they have to help me, but I would think that me saying hello, multiple times to get their attention or me telling the other person that I was there for 10 minutes already, that of course I’m waiting there for an order and I haven’t been helped yet. But apparently not. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with this place and I was thinking of ordering there for myself one day, but will no longer do that. I’ve never had an issue like that before. At the other locations like the one on County line Road, they are very kind to me immediately say hi when I walk in and are willing to help me out. This location I have always have an issue with they never even welcome me or say hi. How are you or anything. Even after I’ve let them know that I’m there for an Uber delivery. They just walk away and ignore me. Worst customer service that I’ve ever dealt with at this location specifically. And will probably not be returning here for any future orders for myself. The manager here should not be a manager. The fact that now I’ve already told you that I said hello multiple times to try and get your attention and I even told you that I tried to let the other employee know that I was still waiting and hadn’t been helped. That should tell you that I have not been helped yet, so for them to say to me well, we didn’t know you needed help. I mean I thought that kind of gave it away but OK I guess not. Very, very unhappy. Would like to hear back from you guys, this is not ok.

We were a bit surprised at this location. Lots of yummy muffin options in different sizes, and lots of bagel, egg & sandwich options too. Nice sized dining area, and a much bigger shop than what we anticipated.
But, the lady helping me didn’t speak English so she didn’t answer my questions & wasn’t helpful in the slightest. So important to have employees that help customers speak English. They made us a latte instead of a cappuccino. And they threw our mini muffins into a box, some got squished. This place has potential & the food was great, but the staff needs improvement.

Stop at this place while I was in Colorado for a couple days . Best Muffins I’ve ever had. Can’t wait to go back for more, although I live in Florida. Maybe they can ship them to me. That’s how good I think they are, also the bagles were really good too.

Been frequenting My Favorite Muffin for 8 or 9 years now and it’s one of those places you just crave. The Breakfast Ranchero has been my go to since day one. The mini muffins can’t be beat. We love the cinnamon crumb, chocolate chip and lemon.

While the food and muffins are great here I noticed that you will be told one amount and your card will be charged another. I watched today as they rung me up on the terminal to pay, the smaller one beside the larger cash register and noticed they will add a 5% tip to your order and then pass you the receipt from the larger register so that it looks like the amount you were told. Today I asked for both receipts. While 5% doesn’t seem like a lot it’s more so the fact that they are adding it without permission from the customer. Extremely inappropriate. Please check your receipts and charge to your bank ! Top receipt is from the larger register the one they will hand you to match the amount you were told and the bottom is from the terminal they charge your card on, that they quickly get rid of with the actual amount they charge.
