Delicious food! We enjoyed everything we got and the portions were great for the prices. The staff were very kind and attentive. They have a ton of stuff on their menu and it all tasted authentic + yummy. I would especially recommend the pork dumplings, they were so fresh and good. Come eat here!

We came as a party of 11. The ladies did a great job taking care of us. They were friendly and helpful. The dishes came out quickly. I liked my twice cooked pork. I tried other dishes and they were tasty as well. The portion was generous and priced reasonably. I will definitely come back again and try other dishes.

First time visiting. We were given water and never asked what we would like. Then we ordered from a vast selection from the menu. My partner ordered by number and I, by saying Pan Fried Noodles with Chicken. Partner got what they ordered and I got crispy noodles, Ramen. I have food sensitivities and it’s my fault for not speaking out, but I ate a few bites and it was delicious. Unfortunately, I ordered what I know I could eat, and the Ramen isn’t one of them. Four days sick and counting. It was delicious, our daughter finished my left over Crispy Noodles that I took home. She had no reactions and said it was really good. Don’t go if you have food sensitivities/allergies. General Tso’s Chicken and Crispy Noodles $36.90, Sunday lunch.

Consistently the best place for Sichuan-style and Hunan-style food in Charlottesville. We ordered the boiled fish in spicy chili sauce, braised pork in a soy sauce, dry fried eggplant & the braised bok choy with shitake mushrooms. All fantastic. I have also previously had their spicy dry pot with shrimp, twice-cooked pork, lamb with cumin, and mapo tofu. They make it spicy, even spicier on request, and they totally hit the spot.
Service is prompt and friendly, and they remember you if you order the same thing often.

I have seen this place but today I was able to give it a try. Service was excellent and the food was delicious. I can not wait to come back to explore more of the menu.

I’d give this place 6 stars if it was possible! It’s been hard to find authentic Asian food in the Shenandoah valley since I’ve moved here. Drove all the way from Grottoes just for their bean curd & seafood casserole. Chili oil and wontons are fresh and delicious, and service and atmosphere are both spectacular. Do yourself a favor and order something you’re unfamiliar with just looking at the pictures in the front – you won’t regret it.

The hot and sour soup was the best my husband has had in a while! My Kung pao chicken was good and my husband liked his Triple Delight. Very attentive service and are good sized dining room. We will come back.

I’ve given this place 5☆’s as they definitely deserve it, the food is authentic, fresh, and delicious.
The Calamari, and Wontons in Hot Oil were AMAZING!
My only complaint, the fried rice on the lunch special plate, was NOT fried, it was steamed rice with Soy Sauce.
The restaurant is neat, and well decorated, maybe turn on some music, as the silence while eating was a bit weird…

Got take-out. I’m not a malcontent and do appreciate even mediocre American-style Chinese food, but twice I’ve had take-out from here and neither time was it good.
1) “Crispy chicken” was not crispy (take-out, so that’s expected) but was insanely chewy (think leather shoestrings) and although its a matter of opinion, we didn’t like the flavor either. Tossed the whole container.
2) Chicken skewers (5 for $19.99) were dry-seasoned and not plump, juicy, or glazed like in the photo. Flavor was food enough, but eaxh skewer had about 1 ounce of tiny, overcooked, dry buts of chicken. For $20, massive disappointment.
3 and 4). Shrimp w/veg’s and beef w/broccoli were, well, eh. Shrimp and beef were both uber-tender (think mushy) and flavors really bland.
So disappointed. People seem to like eating in, but I would send back 1 and 2, or eat 3 and 4 but never go back. Bummer.
