I’ve attempted 5 guys on multiple occasions due to all the hype about this place being amazing. The staff and atmosphere are awesome, however the food was a disappointment. This is just a personal preference but the food is way to greasy causing an immediate gut bomb, burgers, fries and hotdogs are just a heartburn waiting to happen. The Milkshakes were fantastic but overall the food was overpriced and sloppy with grease to say the least.

So love Five Guys it is great as long as you don’t have a Peanut allergy as the fries are fried in Peanut oil, and there are peanuts to snack on as well. My burger was cooked to color perfectly, love all the topping options are free. I really appreciate that you can get A1 Steak Sauce as a condiment on your burger. I like that Peanuts are a free option with purchase and as many as you can eat. I love that the fries are freshly done from potatoes and they have where they came from. I asked for unsalted ones which they did. People working were really helpful, and very nice. So glad there is one in Medford!

They double Bacon cheese burger is slap . I know other food chains may have same taste but the freshness of a 11am burger @this place is DELICIOUS (all caps). Cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and grill onions yummy

I tried to order a grilled cheese with bacon and was instead given and charged for more expensive a patty melt. I said repeatedly I just want a grilled cheese sandwich and no patty but that was beyond the staff’s ability to comprehend apparently. I don’t even eat beef.

I don’t eat hamburgers often, but when I get a craving for one, I head to Five Guys! Love the Cajun fries ! Went at a slow time today, and staff was busy cleaning everything ! I like that ! They quickly made my order and loaded up the bonus fries My favorite hamburger place !

Green on my fry( toxic) small fry bits a poor excuse for a fry the whole cup full of these. This is not acceptable considering what they charge it’s outrageous. Both times my hamburger was good. Better than every fast food chain I’ve had. The Cajun fries were way over seasoned the salted fries were way too salty. My chocolate shake was good. I ordered through GrubHub it costs extra even with pickup options but it is worth it so I don’t have to stand there so long waiting. This is a quality control issue. The owner just need to pay a flat $20 per hour and hire solid employees and I’d have to say this is a pretty darn good burger joint. Until they get their act together I can’t recommend them.

Always good! Customize your burger, dog, or sandwich… get it the way you want it!! Always fresh, the cook it when you order it! Staff is already nice, the restaurant is always clean. Prices are par for the course when you are getting what you want and it’s fresh.

The last 2 times I have been to this location, my cheese is never melted on my dang burger! How hard is it to put the cheese on the patty long enough to melt is a bit, the cheese is literally put on the patties during assembly on the table, leaving the cheese cold when wrapped. This is extremely disappointing.

Visited on 1117/25 at around 1:25pm and the kitchen staff did great serving me, but the black haired girl cleaning the dining room was doing her job poorly, and cleaned the tables in the most in efficient way possibly, and when the manager on duty asked her to hurry with cleaning up the dinner room to help in the kitchen, the employee in the dining room started doing worse
