Just let me make my payment. The audacity to ask me 1000 questions and to donate my money is nuts. How about you donate the profits instead of exploiting customers? I have to sit through a novel reading just to buy a sandwich. Won’t be back. I’ll drive to Augusta and have Jersey Mike’s. Better service and food there. I also dont need to whole staff to yell as I walk in the door. It is not welcoming just because you sat welcome.

The moment you step through the door you’re greeted by everyone in the restaurant which really welcomes you. Everyone does their job well, which pays to a great sub. Warm, fresh bread, good meats, fresh vegetables, all-round a good meal. The fire station atmosphere is quite nice. Overall a good experience!

Food was mediocre at best and we found hair that was certainly not ours in our sandwiches. There were fruit flies everywhere as well. We won’t ever be going back and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else visit either.

Came in, witnessed a scene against a customer and an employee seemed to be named Jason, Couldn’t stop dropping multiple F slurs against a customer that wasn’t being hostile what so ever, slamming everything he touched, needs to be removed from the lovely team at Firehouse Subs.

This was my 1st time at a Firehouse. I should have tried them earlier! Ordered 3 different small subs. All were amazing! Service was great and location was clean. Ill definitely eat there alot more.

Asked for NO DRESSING on sandwiches. , balsamic vinaigrette on the side. Got to our hotel room and both large sandwiches are COVERED IN MAYO bread was soggy, and no balsamic vinaigrette I was looking forward to that sandwich all week thanks a lot guys

Everyone is so friendly and really wants you to have the best experience. They greet you when you enter the building, make sure they understand your order, ask appropriate questions, then repeat your order back to you to double check for accuracy, the food is immediately made freshly right before you, they call your name, and you pick up the order that was made especially for you. Everything is delicious and just right! They are always polite considerate, and ask how you are, too.

Very disappointing first time here. I’ve always heard great things about this place, but after tonight, I’ll never order from here again. Given the prices, I expected so much more than we received. The meatballs are mushy and taste reheated. They failed to put extra marinara, so the sandwich was extremely dry and just unpleasant. My husband got a brisket sandwich, which was missing bbq sauce and was still dry even with the fact that there was mayo on it. Walking in was super awkward because everyone in the establishment, customers and workers, stopped what they were doing to stare as we walked to the counter to get our order. The person who gave us the order was very courteous, but that doesn’t save the experience.
