Smh done this multiple times and have gone back to the store to get it fixed and can’t even apologize instead give you an attitude. And their phone system works. What a waste of money. No chicken no fajitas just straight up cheese.

Go literally ANYWHERE else but here. Or better yet just buy some chicken, veggies and salsa at the grocery store.
There’s also a Popeyes nearby that surprisingly has better service and food.
We ordered the build your own for delivery, but what could go wrong! I reeeally wish I read the reviews before ordering.
Food was completely wrong for $95, 0/10 would recommend. We received food in cups and one paper plate instead of large plastic containers for the “build your own.” For instance, we received barely a cup of rice and beans when we were supposed to get like 6-8x that.
There was less than half a cup of chicken found in the entire bag. The leftover chicken and beans spilled in the bottom of the bag. The driver never handed it off, we were seconds from opening the door when they pulled up and they just dropped the bag on the ground and left.
When driving to the location I realized this was the location my fiancé and I said we would never go to again because one day we walked in, saw that the food spread was a complete mess and we walked out.
We had to drive up to Chipotle to show them the contents of the bag and the manager was nice and remade the order but offered an extra bag of completely inedible stale chips to make up for it. And ultimately still forgot one of the small containers of corn the meal comes with. Would never come back to this restaurant or Chipotle probably ever. Waste of time, money and tastebuds.

They were out of Fajita vegetables for the day at 1:30 in the afternoon. There is no excuse for this. Very disappointing. The crew were nice and the portions were generous (aside from no Fajita vegetables)

Been here three times since moving to Aurora. All three times, either they give you very little food OR they’re always out of something. I just picked up food at 3 PM on a Monday, and somehow they’re out of corn salsa and vinaigrette.

Terrible service. Did an online order, and arrived on time to pick it up. Order was not ready when it was supposed to be. Employee looked at the receipt and inside the bag, handed it to me and said it was good. I immediately opened the bag and found it was not “good”, as my chips were missing. I found out later my other order was missing half the toppings that were ordered. When I looked up the employee immediately started talking to a co-worker as to ignore me. They knew and were fine letting me leave without the order I paid for. When I finally get the attention on another employee they point to some small sticker behind the counter and say I have to call them.
No concern, no cares. This place is a rip off LITERALLY !!!!!!

Let’s be honest, Chipotle has completely given up as a company. I can’t visit any location and receive good service with fresh food. The employees literally hate customers and refuse to make more food. This location is by far the worst in all of the Chicago suburbs. 2 in the afternoon with no food out and no one making it. I had to walk out half way through them trying to make a burrito but they couldn’t because they had NO food. Avoid this and go to a legit food restaurant.

On my last visit, the rice was not cooked through. Quite a lot of fat in the carnitas, the so called ” fresh chips” and guacamole were very stale. I went early afternoon so everything should have been fresh. Staff was nice, but the vibes are never ” let’s sit down and have lunch “.

Came at 11:30 and was looking to get some fresh food. Unfortunately, today was not the case. Nothing was fresh, just reheated from the night before. Chipotle isn’t cheap and I’m not paying top $$$ for reheated leftovers. I saw them reheating everything and still skimping on portions.

I’ve been to this location three times now and figured that was enough to leave a review. Overall, it’s one of the better Chipotles I’ve been to. The place is consistently clean, which is more than I can say for some other locations. Portions have been solid every time—not the skimpy scoops like they used to do.
Staff-wise, they’re not rude, just seem like they don’t really want to be there. I get it, food service is rough, but a little energy or a smile wouldn’t hurt. Music is at a decent volume, not blasting like a club, which I appreciate. Only real downside is the hot sauce station—it could be cleaned and stocked a bit more regularly.
Not perfect, but definitely reliable if you’re craving Chipotle.
