Used to love this place. Now today March 2026, DO NOT order from this place. It’s not the same. Had no chicken tenders again, ribs were so tough which surprised me because they usually fall off the bone. Potatoes cold and greasy. The owner needs to either fix the nasty building and parking lot or rebuild. The standards are shown in the food and service. I’ve been a loyal customer since 2012, and have watched it seriously decline. Won’t be back for your $40 meals. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Got there at 12pm on Sunday the 18th of Jan. Women at the register was busy texting on her cell phone. Place needs a good deep cleaning and a lesson on customer service. Only reason I went there is because I had forgotten Chik Filet was closed on Sunday. Take some lessons on Chick Filet cleanliness and their customer service. Wont be back.

I love chicken shack. Haven’t had it in over 15 years (moved out of state) just went back in and got a crispy chicken sandwich, potatoes and fried mushrooms. I love everything about it. Breaded and fried to order. So fresh and so delicious. It is good to be back.

Not good food horrible customer service. The customer service from the lady answering the phone is bad. This can’t be the real chicken shack. Asked for a replacement and they didn’t wanna do that. I would prefer to satisfy my customer than to have a bad review. We wanted it remade.

EVERYTIME I place an order here the lady comes on the phone and says hold real quick and puts you on hold. No “can you please hold”. Then when you finally get to order they are out of Cole slaw. Every single time. This time there excuse was their machine was down. Buy a new machine or make it without. Poor excuse. This place has gone down hill since new owners.You should be embarrassed .

Such a disappointment. Why have a promised time for orders when they are not accomplished. A 20 minute failure. It’s like they have no experience doing the job. The manager struggles doing their job. Building needs work. My last two orders have been bad. Over done ribs and not requested well done potatoes. The membership program is a joke. Purchases are not recorded.

Been eating at different locations for many years. Only got roasted potatoes and coleslaw this visit. Food starting to loose its good flavor, dry, and each time we visited prices keep going up. We don’t visit as often because of these reasons.
