Great food. Great service. Everything was clean. Prices reasonable for the type of food and locale. This place has a fun lively vibe. The service was really nice. He was very helpful with menu. I couldn’t find all of the items on the menu. Not sure why. I ordered the beef as an add on. Well worth it. It was so tender. Truly a place I’ll be visiting again.

I dont write reviews often. But this one kinda upset me. Happen to be around this store and wanted a order for lunch tomorrow. 15.29 for a large 2 protein meal (white rice, spicy chicken and spicy steak. This business must be taking a page from Chipotle because I was given that small half scoop of protein. I got home opened the bowl and said large order of rice with a splash of meat. Because it was a “large” order I transfered it to a teriyaki madness regular size bowl (because we all keep the Tupperware right!) And of course the entire meal fit in the bowl. The food at Teriyaki Madness Franklin is always fresh and delicious just like the many positive comments say! The portions are generous, and everything is cooked perfectly. We’ve also started doing catering orders with this location, and the service has been great on time, well packed, and everyone loved the food. I used to go to the Panda Express down the road and then when Teryaki Madness opened up nearby, I figured I’d try it. It is absolutely delicious, way better than the other restaurants I had tried with similar food. The staff is always so friendly and the food is always delicious. I’m in there pretty much every week, so I figured it was time to write a review about it! I get the chicken teriyaki bowl with fried rice and veggies. Try it and you won’t regret it! The food, the service, everything about this place is amazing! Highly recommend trying it if you haven’t already!

I want to start by saying the staff here is wonderful-incredibly kind and helpful, and the restaurant has a great vibe. However, I’m writing this because I’m concerned about the cooking practices regarding cross-contamination.
We ordered the chicken and steak rice bowls w/ broccoli, but both dishes had a distinct taste/smell that suggested they were prepared on a grill that hadn’t been cleaned between proteins, or perhaps shared space with fish. Because of the potential for cross-contamination, we only felt comfortable taking a couple of bites before having to dispose of the meal. I’d love to see more diligent grill maintenance or separate cooking surfaces, as the team and the menu are both great otherwise.

Amazing food! I would definitely recommend ordering online for takeout, since the seating is limited.
The chicken thigh is always cooked well and the vegetables and rice are delicious. The regular size is plenty for me to eat twice. It’s great for when you want something less greasy, but still tasty!

Food is usually very good. Today is the first time I had a less than stellar experience. Ordered the Steak Teriyaki bowl with noodles, and several of the pieces of steak were mostly gristle and had to be spit out. First time that’s happened, and I’ve ordered the steak multiple times in the past. The chicken teriyaki has always been very good, moist and falling apart easily. I’ve eaten from here at least a dozen times, and today is the first time I’ve had a complaint, which is why I still give them 5 stars and will return another day…for the chicken probably. 😉

By far the best teriyaki place in the area. The staff is extremely friendly, and Jeet and Scarlett are incredible they go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. The food is fresh, hot, and packed with flavor every time. You can tell they take pride in what they do. This spot has definitely earned a loyal customer.

I had the junior size chicken teriyaki bowl with white rice. The rice was perfect. The mixed veggies were soft but not soggy. And the grilled chicken was not dry. I topped it with the teriyaki sauce and chili sauce they give you with your order. I really enjoyed it. The gentleman taking my order was informative and very friendly. I will definitely be back. This is one of my new favorite spots for lunch or dinner.
