I was starving and you fed me. After a 24 hour speed run to Montreal and back through the middle of a snow storm as we went through Vermont and Quebec, you guys were here for me.
It was late, 9 pm. No croissants, no donuts. Scruffy chill dude working behind the counter. I hadn’t eaten anything more substantial than 2 chocolate croissants and a small Tim Hortons. Fun fact, Tim Hortons is the worst.
You guys put more gas in my tank for me, enabling me to get home in one piece. Scruffy chill dude working behind the counter solo after 9pm on 1/17/26, you were exactly what I needed. I owe you large just for doing your job.

I bought a coffee, I went to work, the bottom of the cup leaked all over me and my car. I went back today and showed receipt. They said it’s not their fault and won’t replace it. Told me to come back to talk to mgr. Listen, it’s not my fault either. It’s your cup that you gave me. So I paid 328 for a coffee that I didn’t drink and had to clean my car .terrible customer service.

This location habitually forgets items when you are in the drive through. Bagels often are stale, and eggs have a bizarre wet feel to them that feels as though they spent too long in a freezer. Staff has always been friendly but it’s very aggravating to pay for items you do not receive / can not enjoy due to quality.

This manager was so rude I told her that my order was supposed to have cold foam and she started arguing with me saying that is not supposed to but it basically says “with sweet cold foam and I was showing her and she was arguing and it’s a manager is supposed to help when customers are right

There are several locations close by, DO NOT GO TO THIS ONE. I had been going to this one because it’s convenient to my commute. However I have had repeated problems with my on the go order not being ready when I got there. I filled out the survey a few times and the only way I was able to resolve the situation was by ordering ridiculously early.
Today, due to Lent, I ordered the beyond sausage wake up wrap. I was give the regular sausage. I called a few times. Twice I was hung up on, and mysteriously disconnected another. My last attempt, the woman flat out told me that I was wrong and I ordered the regular sausage. I’ll include photos. You be the judge.
