For what it is, it’s a good option. My son loved the huge plain cheese and he’s picky with his pizza. I thought the deep dish Oktoberfest pizza was good not great. A bit salty and too much dough. Their regular slices are too thin. If you don’t want to wait in the Smashburger line and don’t want to dine in at the restaurants, this is a good option.

I’m a frequent flyer, as well as a proud titanium member at ilani. I frequently stay at the hotel on average of six times a month. I’ve eaten at the i.talia on several occasions. Most recently I’ve had an issue with the service. One of the workers is rude for absolutely no reason. I’m the type to give everyone a second and sometimes a third chance. We all have bad days. Unfortunately my hand is forced to write a review. On the 9th of February I ordered my usual sandwich with chips. After eating half the sandwich, the other had a clear amount of what I believe to be grit/sandy substance on the lettuce. I took in to show the young lady who immediately stated. I’ve had a problem with you before complaining. Confused as to who she was talking about, as I didn’t complain the last time she was rude. She was quick to state her lettuce is always clean. I requested to speak with someone who at least would be understanding. To sum it up. I was able to locate a manager who apologized for her behavior. I’ll never eat at the i.talia again.

Tried to order a pizza and was told that they can’t make the one. They stated “it takes 20 minutes to cook and we close in 20 minutes”. I decided to order an Italian soda instead and they started prioritizing their closing duties rather than making the drink. The cashier said to the other co worker “I made too many Italian sodas today and I don’t want to make anymore.” A few more minutes went by before they decided to make the drink…

I saw an older disabled gentleman fumble his pizza as he tried to set it on a table and it fell to the ground. Almost immediately an employee came over and picked up the pizza and told him he’d have a new slice prepared for him. It was so sweet, and such great customer service.
