Alot of the time when you come here it takes awhile to get your food & you usually don’t get your stuff or you get someone’s else order, The food itself is okay but sometimes you get toppings you didn’t want or the wrong drink as well, so overall it’s fine since it’s the only McDonald’s around.

I’m not a fan of kiosk ordering but they prefer you order from them.
I do enjoy the Daily Double meal, it’s a great tasting meal at a good price. My wife likes the McDouble value meal.
The dining area was clean which is always a plus.

Haven’t ate at McDonald’s in a while… only self serve kiosks available, didn’t see an employee until one brought out our food. Would’ve been faster to go through the drive-thru.

Ordered on the app for table service. Arrived around 2pm and food was served shortly after. Hot and crispy nuggets and fries. Burgers were fantastic. Staff was friendly and seemed to keep up with the dining room in a timely manner.

Had to wait in drive-thru line (after ordering and paying) for over an hour. I got the attention of a worker after 45 minutes of waiting and still hadn’t received my food after the 1hr mark. Really defeated the purpose of “fast food”, and made me late for an event.

After reading the reviews for this location, I had to ask myself if I went to the same one? Ordered food and received it relatively quickly. All food was hot. Bathrooms were clean. If this is a 1 star McDonalds I’d be extremely curious to see what a 4 star one should truly look like.
Are people really just leaving 1 star reviews because of the kiosks? Seriously? These people would be the same ones to complain that their food was more expensive if there were more people working there. You want your slop food for an affordable price? Get used to the computers.

These people couldn’t run a hotdog stand. I’ve been through the drive through 5 times since it opened, and my order was given to us wrong or incorrect 5 times. I mean seriously, they couldn’t even give me a large ice tea correctly, and it was the only thing I ordered.

No workers in the lobby area to take orders. Pretty sure they can’t see the people out there and rely on people to take orders on the kiosk. Do not go inside if you want someone to take your order.
I personally ordered through the app. Vanilla iced coffee. Did not taste like vanilla at all. Tasted like straight brewed coffee. Should have gotten coffee at home if I knew it was going to taste like that.
